Pros +

Location, the view from our room and balcony were great. The room is very spacious and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is awesome and the staff very friendly.
The Staff is 5-star worthy.
Very clean, new equipment. Great view from the balcony!

Cons -

Depending on how the shower head was pointed the shower box would leak badly, fact we learned on our first night. After adjusting the shower position the problem didn't repeat.
however I believe the hotel has not quite earned a 4-star rating. There is no real lobby, bar or steady access to food
Worst room i ever stayed in. It costed 200€ For a night. The room was Dirty, a sock on the ceiling, toilet broken, shower leaked, Spiders and cobwebs on the wall. I can go on and on.
