Beautiful location and excellent staff. Rooms very clean.

Beds were a little hard for my liking.

Beautiful location, room, but what made our day everyday was the people in the breakfast. They are SO NICE and professional.

We had a room in the first floor that gets direct sun all afternoon/evening. No AC available, the temperature inside the room was ~25-27 celicius, which made it very hard to sleep. Solution was to sleep with open door (not optimal and didn’t help much). We understood the hotel couldn’t do much, since it is not allowed to turn the AC on due to a local law (until outside temperature is more than 27 degrees. (We had “only” 25). Nevertheless, we are thankful that at least we got a standing ventilator. That helped a lot. Another thing: You have to give a deposit to get pool towels and keep the same ones until you leave. If you want to change them, you have to pay €5 because they need to be washed. These two things bothered me a lil bit because didn’t give me the feeling/comfort of a 4 star hotel.

Excellent location, close to the lake and close to restaurants. Nice room, except for the toilet-door (privacy issue). We had a room with a big terrace.

Location is super, directly at the lake. Breakfast is also nice. Hotel is not too big which is also a big plus! We are considering coming back again next year.

We traveled with an electric car and asked the hotel prior if we could charge our car which was confirmed. Unfortunately the charger on site was "broken" on arrival. On the last night it was possible to charge after asking but we got told that it would cost EUR 40,- to charge the car. The car was at 70% so we decided to do an earlier stop at a fast charger on the way back home.In general not a big issue as there are a lot of chargers in the villages around the lake, just keep in mind not to arrive with an almost empty battery.

Everything was wonderful, we really enjoyed our stay. Most of the other guests were polite, although some German groups thought they were from England and started reserving pool chairs with towels...??? Overall 5 stars and we will definitely look to book again in the future.

Close to the ferry with a good choice of restaurants nearby. Everything was as good as can be..

Missing a gym.

Everything was more beautiful than i expected.Very nice and friendly people . We’ve got an update for our room with a lake view,was amazing!Very clean everywhere,quite and a delicious breakfast I really enjoyed to stay there and for sure I recommend it!

Pool. Garden. Close location to the lake. Good size of the room.

No privacy with the bathroom glass door. No soundproof.

Surraunding area is a camp, … 10 minutes walk to the center of Moniga.

The lakeside location, the facilities , the cleanliness and the wonderful friendly staff made our week a pleasure , thank you !!

Minor grumble-whilst the breakfast was delicious and plentiful and could not be faulted, there could have been a wider variety of items on the snack menu for lunch. We did enjoy the items that we ordered though .

- they gave us one outdoor towel for two people (for sunbathing by the pool), which you need to dry yourself as it is given for the entire period- there is a glass door between the bedroom and the toilet (2 meters from your bed). At the same time, the room is quite large to accommodate furniture more practically.- a steep climb up the hill to get to the restaurants of the city. However, there are many good restaurants on the beach.- no transfer service (we use Uber)

Decent price, sizable rooms and clean, okay breakfast

The location of the hotel was not to our expectation. This lies next to a camping and the beach next to the hotel is crowded with tourists.If you’re expecting a more high end and luxurious experience then this isn’t the hotel and place for you.Furniture in the room was also lacking in the room and by the pool with plastic sunbeds.

the situation of the hotel. everything you wanted or needed was there... that the bar was open during the day for refreshments and snacks.. breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and accomodating... can highly recommend the Hotel

Only one fair pizza restaurant nearby; no AC control, you had to open a window to turn it off.

Pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds we never had a day when you couldn't find somewhere to sit.

We didn't like some aspects of the room, which was a lovely size but just so that people know because it may sound silly. But we had a standard room with no balcony. The bathroom door was see through, and the toilet was way too high and right behind the door. Sooooo if you wanted intimacy and like your own space in the bathroom, you won't get it ?Some of the staff were amazing - 2 breakfast ladies with dark hair, especially Simone? Was always very cheery and made you feel welcome, other staff not sooo much ? oh and the lady that did our room was also brilliant. Pool towels are available, but just to note, you have them for the duration of your stay. They won't change them. But.... overall, the hotel is lovely, and it wouldn't put us of staying there again ?

Very nice and probably newly renovated. Room very comfortable with a good bed. Very clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Great breakfast. Very nice pool area. Perfect location if you have a car and plan on excursions around the lake and nearby areas.If I´m travelling near Garda again then this will be my go-to place, highly recommend!

Clean and modern hotel and very nice staff. The room was very modern and the view from the balcony is great.

It was in a good place for exploring Lake Garda.

No tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast, although there was plenty of it was average.
