Pros +
- Very helpful and courteous staff, super clean and super convenient location.
- The room offers stunning views, creating a serene atmosphere, and the hotel provides a peaceful and relaxing SPA experience.
- Almost everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent.Room was comfortable and good cupboard and hanging space.
Cons -
- European pillows need to be firmer
- The hotel falls short of a 5-star standard. There is no staff available after 9:45 PM, and no drink options are offered beyond that time. Although the restaurant claims to have 13 Gault Millau points, it's unclear how they were earned, as the food was significantlly disappointing.
- Bathroom was small but very practicallyl designed. Shower small but not a problem.

The view on the slopes from the SPA.The amazing smile of the german waitress in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet is very nice.
We arrived at Onya after a stay in Austria - same kind of hotels. And we can see that our hotel industry is no longer what it was in Switzerland… prices, quality of services…Exemple : we never paid a parking in Austria (hôtels and SPA 4 and 5 stars). We try to found someone at the reception for 10 minutes… no one. When we entered the room with the receptionist, she was surprised (like me…) by the heat in the room even if the sky was cloudy she said… it means that no one checked the room before our arrival. They have incredible blinds with easy-to-orientate slats for the sun’s ray. So use it ! when it’s hot and you have an arrival. The heat in the room was very unpleasant and we really had a bad night. The menus Gault&Millau : we were disappointed. The pool is too cold and you have to ask if you want use the sauna. As they know people arriving after hiking at the end of the day they should turn them on at least from 3pm.The jacuzzi makes a lot of noises when its on and we were about 8 peoples in the same time and we felt a little bit too crowded. The area is too small. And facing a room where people had a meeting ?? It doesn’t invite swimming. Anyway the pool is cold.
The hotel location (near lift - no need to use any car during our stay), the restaurant, the beautiful view from our room, the kindness of the staff and the access to the SPA.
It was clean and the staf good and the resturant god
The location for me was far from interlaken, and the road is complicated
Our experience was amazing! It was wonderful to be greeted by the owners and taken care of by the staff. The location is superb, the rooms are modern and well-equipped. The view is just stunning, overlooking the mountains and the village. It was a nice bonus to take a cable care ride for free and enjoy the views from above. The spa offered a great variety and a relaxing jacuzzi. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious with great service.
Good breakfast, great location near ski rental and ski lifts, kids slope, friendly staff, nice wellness area.
Nothing that we disliked.
staff was great, everyone very friendly… best staff ever … the complete team
Parkplätze… I have lucky but if it’s not lucky very hard to get one
excellent throughout. rooms, spa and food all faultless.
for the price parking should be thrown in.
