The location

The internet in the room was did not work, so therefore i could not watch TV or communicate with my family.

All the food in the restaurant is incredible! The rooms are very comfortable for 2 persons. The location is Magical! The chefs and the personal in the hotel are very attentive.

Breakfast was excellent. One of the best meals we had. Selection was great and the presentation, quality and delivery was fantastic. One of the best meals we had while in Mexico was at this hotel. The staff that works here is great. Very accommodating, friendly and always responsive.

Price of the rooms per night was a bit much. The place is very pretty and the location is incredible but for the amount of money charged per room is ridiculous.

The hotel is an excellent place to unwind and center yourself with mother nature again. location is great, 10-minute drive to 7 colors lagoon, and to the town where you can do shopping. Make sure you take mosquito repellent if you are going to eat at the restaurant during the night, the ceviche and aguachilies are to die for here... They have paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes for you to use at no additional cost. Staff members are fantastic.

Beautiful location, room view is incredible, the staff were super friendly and went the extra mile, delicious food, great for kayaking. Also had fun playing the boardgames they had.

Quiet and isolated place with perfect lagoune. You can take a boat and float on the lagoune. Hotel's restaurant is opened all day. Note: the hotel seems to be in nowhere but it's a whole world. Scene from room is perfect(suite with lake view) ?

Sometimes the water in the shower become cold during the 2nd shower for 1 minute and then it's alright. Not a big deal for heaven ?

the lagoon bit is great - highlight of the stay. nice to order room service. room was big and spacious.

location is in the middle of nowhere with no shops nearby so had to rely on everything at the hotel unless you want to get a taxi somewhere. Wouldn’t recommend going here if you can’t speak Spanish as the restaurant staff cannot speak any English so it’s really hard to order food. Chose here as the menu looked really good but hardly any of the food was available to order over the 3 days I was there. When I arrived the toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet and took me asking many times to get it sorted which was frustrating.

the location is amazing if you just want to chill. The beach area is beautiful and just a few steps from the houses seems very integrated into nature because every house is surrounded by trees the restaurant has amazing food

the prices at the restaurant were rather high and during our stay it was closed for 2 days. Would have been nice to get a little compensation the next day … like coffee for free or something… you kind of rely on the restaurant because there is nothing else in walking distance

Stunning lake with free kayaks, stand up paddle boards and bikes. Very quiet and relaxing. Rooms were nice. Staff were excellent, especially Edgar the restaurant manager offered great customer service.

Far from town.

absolutely gorgeous hotel. very serene. just a few minutes from Bacalar by taxi if you are looking for more action. But if you want to relax and calm down.. this is the place to be! fantastic food and staff is super friendly and very attentive! The views from the deck overlooking the lagoon are stunning.

Staff was great and attentive. Location is doooopppe asf, super chill. Spent an entire day on the dock swimming, swinging around on the hanging chair and burning one. LOVED the strength of the shower and the room was clean and modern.

WIFI was pretty weak. Also it's in the jungle on a pristine lagoon so take some pics but get off the internet, my guy/gal/non-conformer!

Great location, we loved the tranquility. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. We totally recommend it.

very poor Wifi in the rooms, but this is due to the location being in the jungle. In the restaurant it was better.

A little far from the city, rooms not as impressive as on pictures. The place in the lagoon least fit for swimming is right outside the hotel

The setting of the hotel is idyllic, mature rich and tranquil. The food is excellent and the room was beautiful, clean and spacious.

I was disappointed with the jacuzzi ( it was the main reason for choosing the hotel as I really wanted a soak). It was by reservation only and wasn't too hot nor fully functional, jet wise. Still, the staff were gracias and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay, especially room service which cost the same as eating at the restaurant (while the food was awesome, I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant is located in the jungle rather than on the waterfront).

great location , very peaceful and quiet. straight view over lagoon and each building have just 4-6 rooms and beautiful rooftop for all rooms to use with jacuzzi you can book for sunset

very nice setting on the lake. The rooms wer very nice and the staff was wonderful.

The restaurant was nice but the selection was limited. what we had was excellent though.
