The service and location was excellent. We liked the especially large rooms with balconies.

The bathroom area/sink needs a partition to separate it from the sleeping area.

Location and the staff. Excellent vistas.

Staff is amazing and the food fantastic and very reasonable. In house massages were incredible and a great price. One of the most serene stays ever. Highly recommended Colibri sailing tour too.

The view from the rooms were amazing! I think every room has a view of the lagoon. Walking into the room after a long day and seeing the lagoon is a highlight.I am very thankful to the staff who were so attentive and welcoming, especially Jaer and Edgar! Jaer was amazing from the second I arrived. I also enjoyed the food, and the location was amazing.

The cleaning could be better. No one wants to feel like someone was in the room previously even if they were. Unfortunately socks from a previous customer was left, there were stains on the floor especially the toilet, and it seems this was missed.I also think more things should be available for what customers have to pay. For example, being picked up from the airport, breakfast, or even a possible shuttle to the centre.

Great location with a great view of the lagoon. Nice staff. They have kayaks for free. Great for a sunrise kayaking.

The WiFi is not stable

The property is breathtaking. Views all over the hotel are amazing and the direct access to the lake is a dream. The cocktails were excellent and the room was beautiful with a view like no other!

A few things could be improved…. The property is a little further out, whilst this isn’t a huge deal as taxis are very easy and cheap, we appreciated other hotels offering bike rental as a complementary service. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the property and weren’t wowed by food. Likewise, coffee at the restaurant wasn’t great but you had to purchase coffee for the room after the first night stay. With these improvements, this would be the perfect stay. Nevertheless, these things wouldn’t stop us from returning to this magical place.

It's so close to the really pretty water. You can either kayak or walk to the beach .

I didn't love the pool in our unit. It didn't stay clean, they should provide each unit with a small hand net and it was on a timer so we couldn't control the jets.

The hotel, staff and facilities were fantastic.

Internet was spotty, low speed and unreliable. Beds were short and not very comfortable. Hot water was in short supply. None of that would stop me returning. The staff was great and we loved the place.

The view is the star of the hotel

The humidity in the hotel was unbearable, and there were too many mosquitos. All these are things that the hotel obviously can't control.

Secluded, feels like you have the lagoon to yourself. The staff were tentative and made the necessary arrangements for me to make our stay special as it was our 1 year wedding anniversary.

Loud music playing during the day. Wasn’t very relaxing. It was difficult to tell which room we were booking on the site and ended up disappointed as no bath

This hotel has a fantastic view and location on the lagoon. The bar & restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and the food good (and reasonably priced).

While the hand basins in the room has high perssure hot water, the shower didn't get hot and had very low pressure (more of a British drizzle than a rain shower!). I asked the reception staff to have this looked at, but they weren't overly helpful or sympathetic. They claimed to have sent a technician but the shower did not improve. The reason they gave (by WhatsApp) for the very low water pressure was that their "water is very thick, so little water comes out"! Maybe lost in translation, but still a bizarre reasoning. The shower was definitely not the quality I would expect in a 5* hotel. I found the reception staff to be rather unfriendly and a little rude, they also did not honour the check out time that was published on booking.com.

The hotel is great and has a beautiful view on the lagoon. The rooms are very well clean and really comfortable.

The service (meal one especially) could be improved to fully meet a 5-star hotel standard

Amazing very small hotel, don’t expect a big hotel with lots of amenities. It is small and quite but has everything you need. A beautiful ponton and terrace to enjoy the voew, a swim or kayak on the laguna, a very friendly bar and restaurant staff, beautiful rooms, and amazing foodThe location is great if you have a car, a bit far from the center if you are walking

We had a private pool room but we couldn’t use our private pool because the water is cold and the filtering was not activated. They seemed to have a pool issue overall with the main pool too.The rooms on the first level are noisy, we hear the staff in the morning.The staff from the lobby are not very nice and not very helpful, which is a big contrast to the great staff of the restaurant and pool area

Only bottled water available. Would be great if there was a filtered water tap or a refillable water station

- Staff are so friendly and welcoming- Free use of cayaks- King Suite is unbelievably nice- The view of the lagoon from your room is beautiful

- Food is average- Food service is slow- The water stopped running on our final day and was temperamental after that

The staff was very friendly, food was great and the views from our room were amazing. We also enjoyed the use of their kayaks.
