The Hotel is quite beautiful and full of antiques, it feels like a walk into history and complete world apart from the outside. The 24h coffee station is a wonder.

The pool is quite small, bugs and mosquitoes in the room and distance to town center is a bit far and due to it's closeness to the highway you can hear the noise of the trucks passing by.

I really liked this hotel, perfect location, nice facilities and the staff is super nice.The price was very fair, I do recommend this hotel in the beautiful Bacalar.

The hotel and the service is simply amazing, everyone is so friendly and the location is superb.I do recommend this hotel to everyone, they offer different type of coffees and there is a fridge with juices and sodas.The rooms, the pool, everything is perfect. This hotel is not in the center and not next to lagoon.

The hotel itself was beautiful and stylish. The staff was super friendly. There was air conditioning and a fan. The shower worked properly, with warm water and good pressure. Our room also had a quite large balcony where we could just sit in the evenings

The hotel was far from the city, and there were no places to stroll around nearby. The entrance road to the hotel was in very poor condition. The safe in the room couldn't lock. The hotel did not have a bar or the option to even buy soft drinks. The TV in our room was not working.

This boutique hotel was a hidden gem! We loved the small and quaint feel while still having all the amenities needed and more! Would absolutely stay here again. It is on the outskirts of town and thus we found some restaurents we probably wouldnt have visited had we not stayed on this side of town!

It is a bit far from the town centre, therefore if you dont have a mode of transportation (i.e a car or bike) then you will have to either walk (30 mins) or call a taxi

Clean, comfortable hotel. Free coffee in the morning. Our sink was leaking all over the bathtub floor and they fixed it for us.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel but it was a little far out for us. We like walking so walked into town but had to get a taxi at night, which prevented us from coming back to change after a day swimming. Would be good to have free bikes to use. Drinking water available and a place to prepare food would be an added bonus.

Very noisy close to main road ( when you stay in room on top floor with thatched roof you hear the traffic all night even with airco turned on. Very basic (dark) room and really small bathroom, no communication or smiles at all at front desk and lack of drinking water in room and at reception, no atmosphere in general.

The interior of the communal areas were nicely decorated and the staff were friendly.

The room we stayed in was disappointing. It didn’t reflect the style of the communal areas (which were lovely). The location was out of town and only a little away from the main road so you could hear the traffic. I would not say that the hotel delivered value for money.

Great service: that makes all Jesus was just wonderful. The lake is a 5 mins walk and for three times nothing you can access to a park and take a dip to cool off: We loved our stay here! The hotel does not serve breakfast BUT the staff can arrange for you to order in: Food and Price is great! They offer as well good prices for cruises on the lake: We did this option an had one of our best days in Mexico!The aircon works very well! Our car seemed save on the parking:) .

Dont be fooled the hotels pool is ver small but due to the proximity to the lake not necessary at all!

This hotel is brand new! I loved everything about it. So so stylish. Rooms are so comfortable. Stuff is awesome. Very great place to stay. 5 min taxi to the downtown

We loved the place, it has good vibes and the design is so beautiful. The room was big and the terrace is perfect for the morning coffee. Definitely I would be back next time I will go to Bacalar.

the neighbourhood - it’s quite far from the city, construction and general mess around and neighbours were burning trash so the smell of air wasn’t pleasant

The smallest hotel pool I’ve ever seen :D looks totally different on the picture. The bathroom smelled not really good.
