Nothing available on property for the water?? (Kayak, SUP, paddle boat…nothing??) stay is not worth what is charged, half would be appropriate

The location is within walking distance to everything the location on the lake was perfect, awesome views great atmosphere and prices were fair, everyone was helpful and answered all questions.

Location was perfect! The area where the hotel was located was very quiet. Far enough to feel you are on vacation but a quick ride/drive into town. The rooms were very tidy and clean. The hospitality was amazing! Breakfast was very tasty and the bar drinks were the best. We can't wait to return!

The Lagoon just in front of the hotel, the swings and hamacas above the water and the resting area lagoon front was very relaxing and beautiful.

A bit noisy due to birds really early in the morning, I think the rooms are not soundproof. People smoking in the common areas next to the breakfast designated area was not pleasant.

It was beautiful and walking distance from the town. It had its own space to enter the lagoon which was very nice. The stuff was super nice as well :)

The place looks nice but needs some reparations like in the bathroom. We had once frog jumped inside our suitcase and then hidden behind the tv which I panicked about as I have a bit of frog fobia but I suppose that could happen in any hotel near the lagoon - at the end the stuff helped us remove it :) We had breakfast included which was very nice even thought there were only two options we enjoyed a lot, what I didn’t like is that one day I asked if they can add some ham to my scrambled eggs and they charged me for it 25 pesos… I know it’s not much but come on, there was added maybe one slice of ham ?

No parking. Not easy to get the luggage in. Loud music all the time.

Laguna front , small boutique hotel, family run. Staff was so friendly. Very clean, comfortable beds , nice outdoor breakfast area. Free coffee all day

Could have small bar fridges in the rooms

The staff in general were very friendly, but Ruby who worked at the on-site restaurant was exceptional. She always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. She always had a bright smile and enthusiasm for her job.

The steps leading into the water were extremely slippery- it would have been nice if they could have some type of mats so it's not so precarious. The price we paid per night was bit pricey for the amenities offered, but that may have been because of having a private dock on the water - which was truly worth it. All in all, it met our expectations.

The included breakfast was delicious. And being able to swim in the lake from the hotel.

The walk to town

This hotel was a hidden gem. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and beds comfy. The 4 pillows made a difference. The access to the lagoon was clean and beautiful as well.

Gorgeous lagoon-side hotel!Our room was fantastic, very comfy bed, definitely worth paying extra for a view of the lagoon!All the staff were lovely and friendly.Very tasty breakfast.We really enjoyed the sailing boat trip from the hotel jetty (extra cost).

Bar/restaurant shut early. It was a bit of a walk into town.Shame you couldn't rent kayaks but they are available in nearby hotels (which we don't think are half as lovely as this one!)

The location, the staff and the view on the lagoon

The sound system is too loud at the end of the day especially while no customers at the bar ! This sunset time should be silence to make the customer relaxed and appreciate the nature !

Location is good! Hotel has an own dock, hammocks and swings to the lagoon. The room with view indeed has a good view to the lagoon.Staff was polite and kind.

It is advertised by the hotel that PRIVATE parking is available. No it is NOT, you have to park at the street. Not always a space, not private and not safe (well nothing happened to our car but we wanted to inform about that)The cleanliness was only okay. the white curtains were really dirty and had dark stains. we had little ants all over the room, especially near the bed.Breakfast is really really bad. You can choose wether coffee or tea. Then you get a small fruit platter and have choices about eggs. They don‘t cool with real eggs, the use fake eggs - egg replacer powder! You are not allowed to consume own food and snacks at the sunbeds. Although their own restaurant closes at 2PM this makes no sense!They only have one sun umbrella for all the sunbeds!Too expensive for all they offer!
