Location, access to the lake - private beach.

Refrigerator in the room was missing, would be more convenient to have one.

The hotel is located on the shore of the Lake Ossiach and has various wellness and spa facilities. The staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast is excellent. The hotel has a large closed outdoor parking area, so parking is not a problem at all. The local train stops in front of the hotel.

I cannot mention anything specially disturbing our stay.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The sauna and the pool are just top notch. The location is just a 10 minute drive from the Gerlitzen ski resort and the lakeside location offer some amazing views.

Excellent location near the lake, 5 min drive to the ski lifts (enough parking near the lifts). A bit retro look&feel, but all very nice, warm and clean. Beautiful lake view from the room, nice pool/spa and a good dinner in the evening.

A bit basic breakfast, lobby bar was not working in the evening.

I like the most breakfast, absolutely everything you can imagine, wery nice staff who is serving and they will get you anything you ask. The rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, our room 109 has separete toilet from bathroom and I found this great. ????Very nice choise of sauna, pool from insaide goes outside and that is great. I would prefer a little hotter water outside but it was great experiance overall. My husband even went to lake after sauna at 5C ?

Everything was excellent. The reception staff was extremely friendly. We had a room with a beautiful view of the lake. The train station is opposite the hotel and it is very easy to get to Villach by public transport.

It is a nice hotel right next to the lake, good range of breakfast, kids room was great.

Floor was a bit squicky, and few areas - like the bathroom - could have an update, but it was still OK and had a great time regardless.

Amazomg location...lawn with loungers directly on the lake and small jetty do you can swim. Can also take a bost from the jetty to other parts of the lake. Train stop also directly by hotelto allow travel to other villages nearby. Big room, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Nothing - hotel does not offer food/restaurant but enough other stuff nearby.

Nice property with great family rooms. Facilities are nice and clean. Breakfast has a wide variety of choices.

Extra costs that are not advertised - SUPs are available but must be rented. Cake is out for self service in the afternoon. Take a slice and the staff charges it to your room. But there’s no sign about this! Outdoor Pool cover was broken while we were there which limited access to the pool. Kids were very disappointed by this.

Well located hotel with its own beach, pier and facilities. Right next to the train stop with the possibility to organize trips to the surrounding area. Bicycle rental available (ideal trip around the lake with a detour to Villach = 40km). Very friendly staff.

There was some confusion in the sharing of information between Booking.com and the hotel regarding our reservation, which was embarrassing, but the staff quickly resolved it.

Superb location directly at the lake, very nice “beach”. Breakfast on the terrace with a view. Family room with lake view and plenty of space. Kid’s playground. The lake had warm and clean water, very enjoyable to plunge in.

We came on 10th of May. Tha staff were amazing, the bikes are ready for you even before making chack in and tha view with the pool, atonishing.

The hotel is located on the lake shore, with its own beach and a good wellness area. The breakfast was good, the selection was wide.

There is no staff after 9pm, but the public spaces can be used well at this time.

The resort is perfect for the family. Clean, the best staff I have met. Beautiful surrounding area

Location and saunas

Our room was little bit outdated, but nothing much

The staff was really nice.The swimming pool, sauna, everything super clean.I was surprised by the “play room” for kids! It was super plus for us as we didn’t know that they had one.

I would have prefer a bit more of fresh fruits for breakfast.

The hotel is located on the shore of Lake Ossiacher and has its own harbor and beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is caring and tries to fulfill every wish of the guest. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Public transport is excellent, the ski bus and the train stop in front of the hotel. The wellness area is not large, but of high quality, and the garden is well-kept.

The hotel parking is on the other side of the railway, but a total of 50-100 meters away. The reception closes at night, so check-in was a bit difficult.

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms.

No service at the bar in the evening, only a semi functional vending machine. Wellness area closes at 20:00.
