Palladium Hotel

On the positive side, the staff were very kind and hospitable.The location of the hotel is beautiful, but it is far from the beach.

The hotel is old and clearly needs renovation. Unfortunately, one of the children’s beds was uncomfortable and kept creaking. The bed linen and towels were not changed for four days, although after our request a very kind housekeeper replaced them. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the trash bin was broken.Breakfast was the same every day, but the dinner was excellent – compliments to the chef.

The road and distance to the beach, food and drinks was very poor.

we had half board , if the breackfast was more or less ok , dinner was very poor in terms of selection . Although near the sea we have never seen fresh sea fruit only frozen calamaries and only 1evening a fresh fruit tentative in terms of deserts theere was no selection at all being only 1 type each evening . we were served wih meat spagheties as a meal chose ( alonside daily frozen french fries) every night

We visited this place as a couple. Loved it a lot. Staff here is very dedicated and professional. The coast area is the best in the neighbourhood. Will come back and recommend this place to our friends as well.

The breakfast is like in a 5 star hotel and the chef is amazing - MASTER CHEF.The Room was cleaned every day and the staff is nice.Also the Pool is excellent.In the garden of the hotel there is Chess for entertainment, and near the reception there is billiards and also table tennis. Bicycles can be rented.The Internet is Wi-Fi , it could be better, but in generally it is good.

The property was clean, modern and comfortable.

The wi-fi was terrible. If you have to work, you can’t.

Everything was really great. Staff was good. Room clean,and food very nice for everyone something.

Location for the beach is not safe,if you wont to walk.

Big pool and a lot of space around the property, nice view from the room, a very tasty dessert Revani made by the chef.

Do yourself a favor and avoid…

The pictures are quite misleading and most of the hotel reviews too. The restaurant featuring jail food and wasp infestation is closing at 21:00. Then the staff asks you to leave asap (we were not forewarned on the reception upon arrival).

The staff was friendly and kind. All our requests were completed. Nice and clean pool, there is a playground and a house for the kids, good food and drinks in the all inclusive menu.

The rooms were clean, playgrounds, restaurant, pool, pool bar as well. I rate 4 stars because the toilets next to the pool were not clean in the evenings.Location also 4 star, because you have to go by car to a nice beach with fine sand.

Good location and good service by the staff

They have a table tennis table right next to the rooms and when children play in the morning it creates a lot of noise and wakes us up. They need to move it somewhere far away from the rooms.

Spacious balcony. Good view. Not too many people. Playground and play area for the children. The bar was convenient. Enough sunbeds and umbrellas. AC in the room. Water pressure. Daily cleaning of the room. Sheets and towels changed every other day.

No lift. Constant stairs up and down. Terrible Wi-Fi (no range to the rooms and very slow). Most of the food was clearly bought from Lidl and frozen. Rarely cooked meal. Pool floor is damaged and you easily cut the skin on soles. Tiles around the pool are too rough.

good location , view from the hotel, also staff , especially in the bar was good guys. pool was always clean and meals was diverse. reception girl also help me so much . my flight was changed and give access room until `18:00.

I just want to point out one thing , The hotel needs renovation ანდ because of hotel was fully absorbed The cleanliness of the territory surrounding the hotel required additional staff.

breakfast was very good with a daily variety.Staff was very friendly and engaginglunch and dinner options were a little poor for a 4 stars hotel.Pool size was big and water quality excellent.

the swimming pool was open until 1900 onlythere was no elevator and we had to carry suitcases for 2 floors through the stairs.Breakfast was 700-1000. We would like to have breakfast until 1100.

Nice location in the forest. Great pool in the hotel if you like to cool down from the beach. Friendly staff.

Wifi is very bad in the rooms. Sometimes we were out of water too.

The pool was good and the rooms were clean. Good parking also.

The wifi/internet does not work at all, barely any bar of internet. The staff on the eating area were very noisy overlooking people’s plates and staring at every move you do expect Orgen.

The food was bad. The supper was inedible. The breakfast was less than average. We booked half board and ate supper outside the hotel. They didn’t offer any drink not even water as drinks at supper and we had to buy water.
