Unlimitied food and beverages, but the beach bar closed at 6pm the pool bar closed at 6pm as well

Very outdated, small rooms, all sounds were heard for the joining rooms and hallways, still old-fashioned keys, doors did not close properly, reception manager had a poor attitude and rude, the parking security at the gate was very rude as well. wi-fi was hit or miss, the beach was very nice, if you can walk up 162 steep narrow steps up and down just to enter the beach, horrible smell at the beach bar from the garbage, no music, no restrooms, just 1 small water spout to wash your feet from the sand, just to walk through sand to get to the stairs.

Nothing at all … sure the beach is nice but there are nice beaches everywhere in Greece

Everything… One of the worst places I’ve ever experienced…. Horrible not worth the money … save your money and go anywhere else but here. No WiFi at all… no staff… no professionalism… got wait for ever for the shuttle… waited over 20min and no one came… called the front desk to tell them wifi wasn’t working - nothing happened. Food was not good at all… I got food poisoning and to top it all…. Ppl smoke everywhere … sure smoking might be part of the culture but it’s allowed everywhere and if it wasnt … the staff didn’t say anything…. THERE A TONS OF OTHER PLACES WORTH EVERY PENNY…. Not this place

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. The food was the worst we have ever eaten — warm, but absolutely awful in quality and taste. There are no bathrooms on the beach, and the stairs to get there are dangerously unsafe. Our room had roaches and spiders, making it impossible to feel comfortable. Staff were rude and unhelpful throughout. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Not having elevator or something that gets tou to the beach.. The guy woth the special mini car for the beach wasnt never there when you needed him.. even though We asked for him to come through reception he was always late ore never came!

The beach is very nice with sand very long and wide the staff is amazying. Georgos at he beach bar Marios and, the cook at the bar make amazying suflaki I forget his name. The staff at the restaurant nice and friendly. Overall very Good.

The food at the restaurant last year was more tasty. This time not so much.

It was difficult to reach the beach. The hotel had in the past an elevator to reach the beach, this is not available anymore and it makes very unpleasant your stay in this hotel.

The staff was very pollite. The food was good.The Beach and the sea were great.In the evnings the music programm was perfect.

The lift to the beach didnt work.It has a lot of stairs from the gotel to the beach.And at the beach there is no wc facilities

The beach was great. Staff also and specialy the bartender at the beach Marius.He was very helpful and trying to please all the guests needs emediately!Also the giles working at the reception were very helpful and kind!

Transport to the beach. They were always late.

We stayed in the building where the lobby is located and the room was very good.The food was delicious and restaurants were of high quality.Thanks to Ms. Julia for her hospitality.

The steep stairs to the hotel from the beach and lack of WC at the beach is a drawback which is annoying and there are 160 stairs up. There is a cable car out of function and no elevator

Poor internet

First of all, the beach is perfect. There's a lift to the beach but it's functioning without issues. Pool area and the hotel yard is lovely, lots of greens, shades, also the basketball court was fun. The staff is very polite and welcoming.

Room was ok but little cluttered with furniture as we also had a baby crib as we requested. Food is ok, but nothing special, could be better for a four star hotel

The beach was excellent.The sea was excellent.The beach bar had variety of foods and drinks.I liked that they had fresh home made lemonade at the beach bar.I liked that for breakfast they prepared eggs and omelet at the spot.

The building doesn't have a good soundproof. Guests dragging chairs was annoying. I would suggest you put pads or rubber on the bottom of the legs of the chairs, especially those ones at the balconies.

the beach is wonderful, the best beach in the region. staff at reception is great.

rooms are old, breakfast is really bad, room bathrooms are really small and when you take a shower all floors get soaked including toilet seat floors.. they give one room key so that you can not leave you A/C on when you are out……

The crystal clear beach is their biggest selling point!

The fact that the Buffett meals were sectioned off with a Perspex glass and you couldn’t serve your own food.. had to wait on the staff who were all predominately from Africa ( I’m not rascist to say the least)who couldn’t speak English or Greek made it very frustrating!The quality of the food was not the best either… and coffee was undrinkable.. we asked the waitress to make us our coffee…

Greenary and beach, that is not the merit of the hotel, its from the god!

Everything: beggining from the mistakes that we "booked teo rooms" instead of one;Breakfast is very poor, served by servants (imigrants from Africa)that dropped food like mud in the plate and not as normal served food; For omlet you had to wait 1/2hour;Bedshits changed after three days;Mold in the room, very old and not maintained at all;Bathroom sinks and leaks to the room water from the shower;Towels apsolutely not white, either old or not washed well;Water glasses in the room of "MOST CHEAP AND DISGUSSTING PLASTIC red colour"???, we never used it, either for thooth brushes and npt for drinking!ENVIRONMENTAL TAX , per night per person of 5 Euros is THEFT!And last but not least, the accusation of us that we booked via BOOKING! Most interesting thing!If I would be BOOKING, I would penalise and erase them from the list! They deserve it!

Please read all the comments before you reserve this hotel!I dont know how someone enjoyed the stay there.You need to walk from parking to hotel! The hotel is old.Breakfast is not enough at all. If you want to go to the hotel beach you need to pay 10euro per person! We paid 250 euros for 2nights 2people only had breakfast which is tooo expensive for Halkidiki.The guys on the beach bar never giving the rest of your money back,always telling that they dont have changes.Toilets are bad!You need to wait 30minutes for eggs in the breakfast. Coffee,juice is bad

for a 4-star hotel, in the room you have no bathrobes, no coffee maker, no coffee or tea itself, the mini bar in the fridge was empty...we had a flood in the bathroom because the glass from the shower cabin leaks water - the hotel staff came after 2 hours to clean the room and wipe everything, the food is the same more or less every day, the bread is stale
