Hotel Kriopigi

Location is good. Breakfast is good with nice variety.

Swimming pool closes too early.pool bar poor service. Couldn't pay with card they were only accepting cash. On a Saturday only one person to serve. The rooms clean but the carpet very old fashioned. Overall experience really poor.

In general everything was as expected. The staff very helpful and polite, the permits very good, and the comfort in the room was phenomenal. Hotel is very close to the beaches and at the evening you can have e very nice walk in the village. It was very clean hotel, and the room was cleaned every day. The dining area was very clean and well maintained, staff very helpful, Breakfast and dinner was very good, lots of food choice and as expected very delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked two premium rooms with balconies, but one room was not as booked and paid. It was a spacious room, comfortable but not with balcony. I did not found this fair. After two days they offered us to change the room, but we already settled in so it was not worth it any more. I think that we should have been informed on time for this, because when you are not delivered what you expect, it kind of makes you uncomfortable and betrayed.

It was very clean, very nice food and a night program.

There is no kids area like previous years outside in the yard.

Friendly staff and clean room!

Parking was not paved, building getting old, small king bed in the room. The front and reception gives you a perception of really a 4 star hotel but the rest is more like a 3 stars.

The room, the pool, and the breakfast was excellent. Also, there was organized day schedule minivan drive to the beach and back to the hotel. Highly recommended for families with children. We enjoyed the stay and will come back for sure.

To improve the wi-fi network in the room as it is stronger when you are in the pool and restaurant area.

Our experience was excellent, the hotel is great, room was big enough and clean, the breakfast and dinner were varied, the staff was always available for us,a special greeting to the waiter Pavlos who was always smiling and kind

the other rooms are not renovated they are clean but it smells like old so it’s one thing that it was not so great and i think that it needs to be renovated for that price

The beach is far from the hotel, about 2 km away, making it inconvenient for a relaxing vacation. The food is mainly pork, which severely limits options

The room was clean, with a daily routine. Clean towels, clean sheets.

There was a guy in the restaurant who took your glass of juice from your hand if you were on half board and told you you have to pay for it. I don't understand this policy of the hotel, to make you feel like you're under investigation. Allow the people to have a drink, they paid for relaxation, not overwatch.

The location was amazing, close to everything, the stuff was very friendly, food was good as well.i remember they also offer to help with loading off and on the luggage from the taxi once we arrived

The bathroom was very old, the internet was very bad, the fridge was too small. There was too much noise until 00:00 for rooms near the pool. The towels were changed the third day of our stay when we only stayed 4 nights there

Very clean. Large renovated rooms, very comfortable mattress. The staff was friendly and nice. Good variety of food for breakfast. Big parking next to the hotel.

Our room was very close to the main road and a little bit noisy while the window was open. The beach is far, but they have shuttle. We used our car so that was not actually a problem for us.

The hotel is big and the common parts are well maintained,the beach is far but they have shuttle on schedule which is nice. Most of the personal speaks English.

The food in all inclusive is mediocre have plenty of options but it’s the same every day and they recycle the things that wasn’t eaten up. The hotel is not entirely renovated we was in 90s kind of room . The renovated rooms cost few bucks more which is totally unprofessional, before 2 years they just used the excuse the hotel is in progress of renovation now they just charge more for the renovated rooms.

Good staff, could walk to restaurants.

Bathrooms in major need of renovation. Room needed a freshen up also with stained carpets.WiFi non existent in the rooms (simply wouldn’t connect). And no basic room service such as not even being able to bring some ice to the room. Found a previous guests hair hanging from the shower.

Not even as a last option!

The room was not build as it should be built with the floor being unbalanced and with much angle with difficulty to walk straight and be stable. The cleaner was one the person i will remember in my life, so rude that she told us this incredible thing when we was getting out of the room "What is happening with you? I will be waiting until you wake up to clean the room? You are sleeping too much". Of course the as you can imagine the clean was not good! Of course always the hotels with carpets are most of the times too dirty. The price is too high for that room and of course very old structure that certainly needs renovation to pay the half.

Pleasant

The air conditioner in our room couldn't work for more than 15-20 minutes, even with all the windows closed. Its position was directly across from the bed, causing it to blow directly on us, which was uncomfortable. It was too hot to sleep, and we couldn't get it to work overnight. We called the reception a couple of times, but nobody answered.

The location was pretty good. The foos was also excellent

The elevators need to get renovated.

We liked the swimming pool and the facilities in general. Our room was pretty nice and comfortable

We didn't like the attitude of what we thought was "the head of the waiters" at all: even if there was no sign or any sort of information about what kind of drinks you can take if you paid for the dinner but you are not a customer with the "open bar package", he complained about us taking a coke and a beer and asked us to pay for them (he said we can only take water even if it isn't written anywhere or it wasn't even communicated by anyone to us). We also saw him taking full glasses from children's hands and throwing them away for the same reason. We felt like being under investigation at every meal. Awkward!

Very kind staff. Good location. Two levels of restaurants with the upper one with a unique view and relaxed atmosphere.

Noisy and trembling fridge. Noisy air conditioning directly emitting cold air on the bed. No towel rails in the bathroom. Cold and hot water connections are reversed in the bathroom tap.
