Did not receive room I had booked. Was told my room was going to get changed the following day, but this never occurred.

The staff at this resort were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the delicious meals that offered a wide variety of food. The resort provides accommodations along with a variety of recreational activities, dining options and amenities like spas, pools and entertainment. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. It is a hotel with stunning views and scenic surroundings.It is a wonderful location to spend with family and friends.Overall, a fabulous stay at Kassandra beach resort and I highly recommend it to others

It was second time in this hotel and the experience was at 5*.We liked everything! The garden, the beach, the room with terrace and sea view, the food, the hotel staff, especially those from the main restaurant. Everyone is smiling and they want to help you! The Despina team (Guest Relations Manager) is the best! Georgia, Maria, Vasili and Despina of course are the most welcoming people met at a hotel!During my stay it was my mother's birthday and they surprised us with a cake. Thank you!

The staff on reception and in the dining room were exceptional. Despina especially looked after us very well, always with a smile. Food was replenished constantly and there were good choices at mealtimes. My only criticism would be that ,at times, the food could have been hotter.Service in the Under the Palms bar was very slow so perhaps an extra bartender is required for happy hour at least.The rooms were cleaned discreetly every day and the ladies were polite and friendly.In all, we enjoyed our stay very much.

If you want a place full of peace and relaxation, I recommend this hotel especially for the long and clean beach with very comfortable sunbeds and the very beautiful and well-maintained garden. The pool is lovely and the hotel also provides beach towels. Loved their gym and sauna! The internet is very good both in the room and on the beaches. And last but not least, here I met the kindest and most professional staff ... many thanks especially to Despina Kaliva who was an amazing host.

The bathroom door is made of glass and does not offer the necessary privacy.

Exceptional staff and attention to guests. Wonderful and clean room. Great food and amenities. My kids are very happy and asking to come back next year.

Very quiet, many opportunities (pool, kids pool, good beach, bars, activities, etc), kids friendly, good half boarding, Impressive and well maintained vegetation, friendly staff

The schedule of asian restaurant may be improved, for lunch may be an alternative.Few more options in mediterranean restaurant’ menu would be great

We are back from a week's holiday with our big family. The complex has great gardens and paths for walks. Our baby was doing great. Our older children had fun on the playground and on the tennis table. We are extremely impressed by the wonderful attitude of the staff and more specifically by Despina and Vangelis. Throughout our stay they were smiling, friendly and always responsive. We had a special occasion and they made sure to make it really special for us. Congratulations! We will gladly visit the hotel again next year!

The thing we didn't like is that the main restaurant gets full quickly and there are not enough seats left outside. The beach is lovely but hard to find a set of sunbeds with an umbrella after 9am. Hotel guests go early and put all their belongings to keep, despite the hotel's express policy not to. As a recommendation, I can give more evenings with Greek music in the Magnolia restaurant, not only on Sundays. The performers sing great! Despite the recommendations above, I would recommend the hotel to friends and would return again. Thank you for your wonderful attitude and effort!

The rooms were clean all the time and the cleaning ladies asked us all the time if we need anything. The staff were extremely nice and helpful especially Despina and Vaggelis which made the restaurant experience and our overall stay very pleasant.There was an incident at 5 am where some british people were slamming doors and yelling near our door ( room 356 ) and woke up our baby, but i called the reception and they handled the issue. in the morning they asked us if there were anymore problems and appologized even though it was not their fault.Thank you so much!

The hotel is quite old and this shows, even though it was very clean the furniture is a bit outdated and one of the rooms had repaired ceilings/walls ( room 334 ).The food is unfortunately mediocre for the half board and the most disappointing thing was the tzatziki. since it is a greek product i expected it to be amazing.

The resort itself includes all the necessary components: a private beach, pools, SPA, veracity of restaurants and the suite we stayed in, was very spacious, with 2 balconies overlooking the sea.

The hotel is outdated in the equipment that was in the suite, such as the air conditioning and the televisions. We took half board and although there were large amounts of food, the selection was smaller than expected from a 5-star hotel.

Everything was perfect! Food was great, especially all delicacies at the Asian-Peruvian Restaurant! Definately gonna miss this place! Animation activities were great too! The staff is super friendly and helpful, many thanks to Despina and Stratos!

Very nice atmosphere, very nice people! Especially Despina, Maria and Vangelis impressed us with their style! They behave so nice, paying attention to everyone, smiling and sharing about the place and about Greece?The food was very diverse and very, very good! An Excellent Choice! Kind and professional staff,amazing gardens, I really enjoyed the hammocks by the pool and the Shushi at the Fiki Fiki restaurant. The stay at the hotel was everything i expected and I will definitely come back again

Very helpful staff doing their best to make your stay exciting. Pleasant surprises in the room. Wide choice of tasty food. Great location with a wonderful garden and perfect view.

Beautiful spacious grounds.

Unfriendly reception staff. Poor shower pressure. Chaotic dining arrangement. Total lack of sympathy or actions to help when one of us came down with a very debilitating stomach problems on morning of departure. No curiosity about cause of this stomach problem and only allowed half hour extension to check out time!
