Jesus at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is simple but has everything you need, it is kept clean, has blackout curtains, is in a convenient central location and has secure underground parking for a small car.

Management were nice enough to allow me early check-in when I felt ill.

Room had odour of smoke and no kettle.

The hotel is past its prime, renovation of the bathroom would be good, but the location is good. The staff was very helpful and nice.

Ideal location for my purpose and parking .Clean and comfortable bed .Curtains block out most of the daylight if need be. Plenty of choices for eating various foods. Beach less than a minute away.Lift to all floorsStayed previously and will stay again.

Broken tiles on bathroom floor could cause injury and need to be rectified. €60 per night and still have to pay for a bottle of water !I bought from outside. Mini bar in fridge should you desire.

the car park was difficult to find and park in, additionally we were locked out the hotel for 10 mins because the key pad didnt work

Good value comfortable hotel in excellent location. We parked right outside in the street but I expect this could be less likely when its busy. No frills but all adequate.

Not a complaint but for info, the hotel is right on the seafront but you can't see the sea from the rooms, you can hear it though!

Amazing host, he made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.Hotel parking nearby, very convenient.Sabinillas is a charming town with beautiful beaches, you can find cafes, bars, restaurants in walking distance.

Owner/receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby and right next to the beach.

The hotel is on the sea shore, the beach is right next to it, the hall and some beach restaurants. The staff was welcoming. The double bed is extremely large and comfortable.

It is quite noisy in the morning, because there are shops right next to the street. The walls of the hotel are thin, you can hear the neighbors. The noise of the streets is heard.

Manager was very helpful and parking is the biggest bonus

Everything except the AC. There was dirty towels and no shampoo, no rubbish bin, and a very tight sink that I could barely fit my arms in, there was no one in the reception after 9pm and usually good hotels have there receptions open 24/7, etc.Further more I generally disliked this hotel and was a bad experience and was bad in every aspect.

Great location in center, free parking offered, clean and spacious room, very good mattress.

Host was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Position was superb, metres from the beach, fine dining and the town centre.

The location was great ? and staff friendly. The room was a good size and a nice big bed.

The smell there was a strong sewage smell which was particularly bad when we had the cool air on. This resulted in us having to switch this off.
