Location is great.

Beds are xtra small, very uncomfortable. Only a few rooms for a family of 4. They make a big deal about the protecting the environment but force families to get two or more rooms. Essentially doubling carbon footprints. Avoid these types of hotels. Greedy

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The wellness spa is awesome. Very clean. The good for breakfast and Diner was very delicious. They had everything.

I did not like the room I was in. It was like a maze to get to it from the elevator. Very inconvenient.

Overall a pleasant stay, but a few key issues.The hotel has a great location and the staff is extremely polite and helpful, which really enhanced our experience.

However, parking is poorly organized — we had to wait a long time for our car, and checkout took nearly 45 minutes because of this. Pool area management could also be improved, as guests reserve sunbeds and parasols all day without using them, while the rest of the guests cant use them. Another surprising downside was that the hotel charges for a baby cot — something we've never encountered before. While we enjoyed our stay, these details need attention to truly match the hotel’s otherwise high standards. Room service and its menu is under the average.

Staff were great - especially Saltana who made the best omelette in the morning. Location is great. A lot of potential both for the lack of maintenance

Maintenance- so disappointing that they are neglecting the maintenance and not investing in the property. Half the spa facilities don’t work, some rooms in terrible condition, broken tiles around pool ( my kid cut her foot open) rails Brocken etc. shocking condition for price of a room. I booked a delux room with side sea view - no sea view as it’s ground level with bushes and trees covering the sea view. Should not be sold this way. The room condition was terrible with old water damage. The staff were kind enough to change my room but it resulted in a smaller room.

Sramota za hotel ovakvog nivoa, da se moraš ustati u 06:00 da bih zauzezo lezaljku, u hotelu od preko 200 gostiju ima oko 70 lezaljki. Trebalo bi u toku celog dana da je dostupna voda za pice posebno kod bazena. Znam da postoji kod recepcije ali to nije dovoljno.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Brela, and while the town itself is absolutely stunning, my experience at the hotel fell short of expectations. That said, the hotel does enjoy a fantastic location with beautiful views.

Firstly, the loud music blared until late,making it impossible for small children to get to sleep. On top of that, the hotel seemed severely understaffed. Dinner was a frustrating ordeal—guests had to wait in long, stressful lines.It felt like the management had cut back heavily on amenities just to boost profits.Another major issue was parking. This hotel needs to rethink seriously its approach to guest comfort and service if it wants to match the beauty of Brela itself.

Fantastic location, great accommodation with good variety! Service was great especially at the restaurant and at check in ! Many thanks and we will come back again for sure !

PARKING!

Family oriented, many facilities. The hairdressers is really nice lady and very good skills.

WiFi is slow in the room. Dinner buffets options are quite limited. Some of the fruit offered are not fresh.

The location is amazing. The staff is very helpful and the food is really great and there is so much choice!

Only the beds/pillows. Very uncomfortable so didn't get much sleep.

The hotel was excellent, with a fantastic location. There were many beaches near the hotel, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Karlo. The food was also very delicious.

Kind staff, variaty of tasty food, cleanless, comfortable beds.

One of two elevators wasn't in use, so it was often that we have to wait for it, parking charge, lack of shower gel in wellness.

Location is great, SPA is quite good.

Food was average. Room is small and not appropriate for the price level.

The location was perfect, right by the beach and walking distance to the harbour. The rooms were big and comfortable and we had a great sea view from the balcony. The wellness was great and guests have free access to the facilities - loved the outdoor hydrospa although the indoor cold pool wasn’t very cold.

There was not enough outside space for sun bathing so the sunloungers were all far too close together and crammed into a small area around the pools. The snack bar for lunch was overpriced for the quality of the food, and the main buffet wasn’t very inspiring for dinner, although the breakfast was ok.
