Cons -
- In our room, ants were coming out of the fan. When we reported it, they just came and sprayed poison directly into the ventilator – in a room where a child was staying! After that, we kept seeing ants again. When we mentioned the problem at check-out, the reception told us that we should have reported it again so they could spray once more. I don't think that's an adequate solution - they could have at least offered us another room or something more permanent. We also had an issue with the reception because we booked a baby cot through Booking and additionally reminded them about it at check-in. They told us it was fine, but in the end we didn't get it. On top of that, they even tried to charge us for it. This kind of approach was disappointing and left a very poor impression. On top of that, in our room one of the bedside lamps wasn't working, and in the bathroom the towel hanger on the wall was broken and hanging off. These small but important details add to the overall feeling of poor maintenance.
- The food not really good for 4 stars hotel it can be much better there is a variety of food but the taste not really good.
- Hotel is not offering anything, there is no need to pay for the hotel , it was lime a pension. You need to pay for park- hotel has large parking area but its for everybody. Even you need to pay for sunbeds i front of hotel - which bellngs to hotel. Hotel build lime labirent, there are many buildings and to go outside or find restaurant its tricky. I see from comments foods are very good, indeed food quality was very bad. What they serve, generally lowest quality. We could only eat omlette morning and beef evening, pmmlet pans are very bad condition, teflons completely damaged. Restaurans has smoking part open air, but hotel can not afford to cover thatbarea, if you can sit under sun you can enjoy your beeakfast and cigarette.

The bathroom was good.
The air conditioning did not work and room was stifling, had sleep with verandah door open, at one stage tried to sleep on tile floor to cool down. The fridge did not cool at all. The restaurant was like a 1 star cafeteria at best. The sea view room view was limited due to the trees in front of room.
So close to the beach. Family oriented.
I saw dogs in the restaurant! They should not allow pets! People have allergies and it is not sanitary. There must be no pets policy for health reasons!!!
Everything!! The location! The food!! The rooms!
I feel like the parking could be a tiny bit more organized! Everything else is up to a notch!
A few days before our arrival we were upgraded to Bluesun hotel Berulia and it was a great experience (especially outside the season!). The hotel looks great, it’s very clean and the food is amazing (although not extremely diverse).
They don’t include any drink for dinner, not even water, and every beverage is super overpriced ?The parking is probably a bit problematic during summer, but we left them the key and they moved it to a different parking when we didn’t have an available spot (also, the parking belongs to the city (?) and you have to pay at the end 9 eur / day, but we were informed about this in advance)
The location and the view from the room to the forest and the sea.
Location is good, hotel is newly renovated, the staff was great
The beach in front of the hotel was under construction, the machines were working from early morning, only one elevetor was in funtion that was inconvenient, restoran was crowded all the time
We were actually upgraded to next door sister hotel Bluesun Soline. Soline became for our family place to return, its a gem still at budget price. Marina hotel is a strange concept on itself. However in both hotels staff is amazing There are 4 hotels of Bluesun located almost in the same village. Soline is the best for the middle season for a family due to its pool, spa, location, restaurant So we rating is a mix of Marina and Soline. Therefore, so many comments to explain it.
Problem with Marina, that after renovation the rain protection wasn't put in place, so main reason ee asked for relocation is that in heavy rain on the top floors water came into the room - mistake of roof design.
Location is wonderful, freshly renovated rooms.
The restarting is extremely loud, I have never experienced this level of noise. Very uncomfortable experience. Stuff simply do not even try to make an effort to do their job a bit more silently - plates are thrown all the time and it create very unpleasant environment. Kind room is very poor and not cleaned, it could be handled much better.
-Hotel is situated in nice location with good atmosphere near awesome clean beach.-Nice new rooms with comfortable big bed. -Clean bathroom.-Good amount of meals at breakfast, fresh pancakes and omelletes, hams, cheeses, sweet and salty pastries, nutella, jams, yogurts, cereals, vegetable, fruit...-Dinners are also good enough, but there should be at least water for free.-Most of staff nice and smiling
We enjoyed this stay very much, but there was a few things, which we didn't like:- One of the elevators was broken for more days, which end up in annoying queues.- Drinks are not included in dinner. There is not even water for free, which is absurd. Some of the evenings we end up thirsty without any drink, because there was too much people and not enough staff to bring you water. I think water should be always available for free and other drinks like beer could be for order.-Crowded dining room through breakfast and dinners. There are really to much people for this room, I can't imagine it in main season. A lot of people from guests are not polite and push into you or outrun you in queue, which comes from nervosity from all the guests because of long queues and spoils good atmosphere. In some parts room is very narrow so it is hard to walk through.- In breakfast there are cheap sweet drinks from my view, It would be nice if there could be normal quality orange juice.- Near coffe machines was always queue which obstructed me from hot milk machine, when I wanted to make just hot cocoa.- At breakfast oranges are cut to half which was impractical for me. It would be better to not cut it at all or to cut it to smaller pieces.- There was impractical table at our room, with skewed edges, from which our things many times fell down because it is hard to notice this edges and remember it each time you are putting something on table.- I miss some clothes dryer. There was not enough space where to dry all the wet things from beach.- I have feeling some parts of the building are not of good quality - for example while raining there were buckets and towels on the floor near dining room because of leaking water from the ceiling.
Perfect location, employees helpful and nice, clean well-equipped rooms, high standard service.
Not many parking spaces concerning the size of the hotel (busses taking a lot of space) but staff was always eager to help to find a spot. Very poor kids room (board games animations included only playing uno, we wanted to play sth else on our own but there was almost nothing else to choose)
Beautiful area, great hotel location, nice view from the room, new hotel renovation, tasty restaurant food, and helpful staff.
Restaurant was a bit too crowded at times.
it was recently renovated in a simple and almost minimalistic manner without any unnecessary decorations. Calming bright natural colors of interior and good materials, everything was clean and tidy. We had a half board and all choices of food were excellent.
The rooms need more storage space for items as bed side units with drawers in the order to keep them tidy and easier for cleaning. The same is for bathroom- more wall hooks and some shelves. Restaurant would look much better with at least some decorations on its huge walls, as pictures or framed seascape photographs, as a minimum. It would add some elegance to the space. Chairs and tables are ok and of decent look and quality. Currently the restaurant looks as a cheap workers bistro or ‘zdravljak’ from socialistic era, very plain and without any identity.
Hotel renoviran.Osoblje ljubazno.Hrana izvrsna.Brela prelijepa..
Location, food, service in the restaurant and cleaning was good and in time
- Reception service can be better (taxi transfer doesn't work, don't order it here)- Facilities for kids, like absence of normal entrance for kid strollers from the beach side- small parking
Everything was excellent,the location,beautiful beaches,crystal clear water.
Pleasant
You pay for parking but there is no parking everything is absolutely full so paying for nonexisting service
The beach is beautiful and right outside of the hotel, and the city is just a few minutes (walking distance) away. The staff is very nice, the rooms and other facilities (incl. the kids playground) are clean. A lot of variety at breakfast and dinner, the food was very tasty.
No access with a stroller to the beach (only via stairs), not enough parking spaces (thus, you have to leave the keys with the reception if there is no space vacant).
