Hotel Kaiser Bridge

From the moment we arrived there, the staff was really doing its job. We didn't encounter any problem during our 5 Day Stay and it was really a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel because of the location, the rooms, the restaurant, everything was perfect

The hotel it's a little bit far from the main city and the main attractions we had to take the bus every day to go see the rest of the island, but the good aspect is that the bus station is very very close to the hotel

Everything was exeptionanal... Location, staff, food, private beautiful beach...in two words everithing exeptional

The views were spectacular, the staff so friendly and accomodating, and there was a private beach!

The family running the hotel were amazing - helpful, friendly, and efficient.

The bathroom was small and dated.

Good things first: the breakfast and dinner with that beautiful view were amazing (sunrises and sunsets). Also, the food itself was very good! The service was also very friendly. A plus is, that there is a private beach with enough sunbeds for everyone in the hotel (the quality of the water is questionable, because it seems that there is not much movement in the water, also compared to the quality in other places we went to in Corfu). Also, you can rent a car directly at the hotel.

Sadly, there were many things that were not so good.First of all, we had a room with a bathroom which smelled badly, and even though the staff came twice, the smell wasn’t getting better after flushing water or air freshener. Three days of a very uncomfortable stay- because all the other rooms were full- we didn’t think that anything would get better, there should have been someone to look into the air circulation in the room.We went on a trip with the car without having a talk before that something will be done on that day. In the afternoon we got a message and a call on the phone that the staff managed to find another room for us, so when we came back in the evening we had been informed at the reception that our things were moved (without us!!) - nothing was missing, just the fact, that people threw everything in the suitcases randomly, without respecting our privacy, was a no go. We could have come back from our trip if we had known that there was another room ready instead of letting someone mix up different clothes and also more intimate things in the suitcase. Also, the room we were moved into was so small that there was only room for one person and there was not even enough space for our clothes or other things.Secondly, the hotel is so remote that you cannot go anywhere else if you don’t have a car (we wanted just a quiet stay at the beach with some possibilities to go to the city of Corfu). Yes, there is a bus, but a bus once in 40-45min isn’t the most flexible way to move around, also when it is quite crowded and you have to stand, also in traffic jams (that’s why the bus also sometimes comes every hour or so, people wait too long for it). If you want to buy something as a snack, that is also not possible without the bus or car, the closest place has water, but not so much more than that.

Breakfast was excellent, location also excellent. My only grumble was the road outside the hotel, however thus is not the fault of the hotel. Quieter doors in the hotel would be great, other guests were slamming doors.

Doors of the rooms were noisy, lack of dessert options following a lovely meal, if eating slightly later. Mosquitos were a problem lol.

Friendly staff, nice location, private beach, good food, easy parking spots. It is a lovely structure.

Deluxe room’s bathroom was too small, and with a weak air ventilation system.

It's an older hotel, but it's been well maintained and the staff always try and make you feel at ease and looked after. Don't expect anything fancy, but the rooms are clean and have the basics for a comfortable stay, the food (both breakfast and all other meals) is great and you're relatively close to Corfu Town, with the bus station just outside the building.

This isn't something that the hotel can do anything about, but it's worth noting for those who come to Corfu and don't plan on renting a car, the area you'll be located in is not very pedestrian friendly. There are sidewalks here and there, but it's not the most walkable place to be and you'll have to probably rely on the buses to get you some place where you can then stretch your legs.

The location was good, not too far from Corfu town. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. The private beach was one of the best beaches. The breakfast was rich and delicious with a great view.

The room was a bit small and tough with luggage’s and clothes for a longer period. There was a leak from the toilet and unpleasant smell but they fixed it on the last day.

Great breakfast, variety of food, good quality!Location is great, along the south coast, just out of the main Corfu town, easy to access from the airport by bus or car.

The hotel is on the main costal road, so it gets a bit noisy especially on the night..

The hotel is really charming, it is family-ran and everyone is very attentive and helpful with whatever needs you might have. Our room was on the top floor so we had no neighbors around. It was spacious, clean with a very comfy bed and plenty of storage space. We had great sea views from our terrace and we could see amazing sun rises from there. The breakfast was plentiful and changed a bit from one day to the next. We had most of our dinners at the hotel’s restaurant because it was very convenient, the people who served us were so warm and the food was honestly as good as in any other place. We always had a combination of the menu of the day plus a la carte main course. Mosquitos are a problem on the island in general so you MUST wear Autan when having dinner and you’ll be just fine. We came in by car and most beautiful beaches were max 30 minutes away. We would certainly book again when visiting Corfu.

Bathroom and one of the room’s windows could use a mosquito net. We could hear other tourists from lower floors slamming their doors early in the morning and waking us up so that’s something that could be improved to be less noisy.

Approachable and friendly staff, breathtaking views, speedy Wi-fi, delicious food.There are umbrellas for visiting other beaches for free.

Unfortunately the doors of rooms are not soundproof.

The staff was AMAZING! So helpful and friendly. They all spoke English. The FOOD!I ordered the Menu of the Day every night-4 courses-and it was delicious!! And very reasonably priced.

It is a little outside Benitses but the Bus Stop is directly in front of the hotel. You can even buy bus tickets at the desk. And they will arrange tours to Paxis and The Blue Lagoon or any excursion you want. They also rent cars.

Street in Front of the Hotel Needs something on Bath-Window and balcony-door against the mosquitos, Beach is very small and directly at the Street

The staff is just amazing! You could ask anything like booking programs, car renting, transfer from airport, etc. they were always happy to help. They can solve every issue and will crack a joke every time it's possible?The location is perfect! The city corfu is just 9 kilometers away; you can enjoy breakfast and dinner on the ocean view terrace. The Achilleon palace is within walking distance from the hotel.

Mosquitos can come in to the room in the evening.

The hotel is located next to the sea, but you first need to cross the road carefully, there is no crossing, but there is no crossing, but there is no crossing, but by the sea and without a break. The balcony room has a beautiful view of the sea, if you take this room, good breakfast, you can always choose what to eat. There is a bus stop next to the hotel; bus number 6 can comfortably reach Kerkyra.

The staff is friendly in the morning, but in the evening, the attention and courtesy of the staff depends on the amount of the order placed; large companies with a large amount of order are very fond of... There was a kettle in our friends' room, but not in our room, the room price was the same. The room was booked for 3 people; in the bath, accessories (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner - 3 small tubes) were provided for one. Shower gel, etc. for the entire stay. no longer stood out. It’s good that we had everything with us. The hairdryer barely stays in the bathtub, the wire is wrapped in electrical tape, it would be scary to use! Each new question at the reception desk caused dissatisfaction among the staff. We were surprised to learn on the day of departure that drinking water, which was given to us once a day in our room, was paid for. Why not inform our entire group (14 people) about this in advance? After all, the cost of water in hotels is many times higher than in the store! In general, the attitude of the staff themselves, room cleaning, etc. wishes the best!

The breakfast was opulent, the rooms are clean and neat, new amenities ( excellent brand new a/c, fridge, pillows, shower) the staff is amazing
