Not. Near the beach and also. Stated cleaned 5 times a week, this did not happen only cleaned once

Lovely pools, location

Room was only cleaned once on 5 days

A was originally charged 887 euros wen booked wen a got to property they said a hadn’t added my granddaughter who is 7 they charged me a additional 700 euro which is ridiculous they wouldn’t take any less a was told pay or no stay we found moldy mattress the shower kept flooding apartment and chairs broken a have pictures

It was clean , had great facilities and was close to everything

Staff were very helpful. Location was perfect. The breakfast choice was excellent and very good quality.

Size of apartment, decor of whole hotel was good, good sports bar, location.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly eg sand on floor tiles, paint coming off walls, after rain on patio. Even after asking for floors/patios to be cleaned, they were still not properly done. Asked for sunny room but room had little direct sun. Towels were of very poor quality which meant, as they were only changed every 2/3 days, they were constantly wet…difficult to even dry on balcony due to little sunshine and the rain. Kitchen was poorly equipped, cutlery, crockery and no cleaning/drying cloths or washing up liquid made available. No tea/coffee sachets available on arrival, which every other accommodation we used on our trip provided to start us off. Disappointing to see smoking areas so close to bar and to sunbathing terrace. We didn’t use main bar much as smokers stood outside the sliding doors and smoke drifted in…so we went elsewhere. Same with pool area….so we went to the beach. Shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near the children’s play area!

Good size rooms. Well appointed.

Cold at night. I had to ask for blankets. Very hard mattress. Poor water pressure. Hot water feed was poor at times. Nothing provided to wash crockery.

The entertainment team were great. My daughter loved the kiddies disco. Great location. Lovely pool area. Shop on site is a big bonus

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was amazing. The market is on Saturday and Tuesdays within a 5 minute walk, bus stop to the capital is less than 5 minutes walk, bars, restaurants and supermarket within 5 minutes walk aswell.

I cannot fault this property

balcony and view from our room 218 would definitely go again whilst there met another family in apartment 205 would definitely go back to that apartment south facing and overlooking the pools

Great place to stay. Spotless clean and very close to all restaurants and the beach. Second time to these apartments and we will definitely go back.

Would have been good to have a small freezer compartment, as it's only a fridge that's supplied.

Pool was lovely, rooms were spotless,and location was great. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

No iron or ironing board, and a shortage of pillows

Not much evening entertainment or atmosphere going on. Apartments were basic and we were told we’d get daily cleaning and didn’t receive any

Great location to walk to shops and restaurants. Apartment was spacious, beds were comfy. We did self catering so can't comment on food. Staff were all very friendly.

Spacious apartment in quiet area with good facilities. Very modern and comfortable.

I didn't know how to work the cooker or the phone but staff-members kindly explained them to me. It would be good to have a brochure or leaflet in English and other main languages to make it easier for people. The water in the pool could have been a little warmer. Otherwise a very enjoable experience.

Everything about Broncemar was great, if only they could lift it up and put it in Corralejo.
