Positioned well, next to the beach & a short stroll into Caletta

I have stated here on 2 previous visits th the island, the rooms are dated and required modernisation/ decoration. The hotel lighting is poor & reception/ walkways are poorly lit.

Cleanliness

Mattresses needed replacing, large couch in lounge needs new springs and covers. Fruit was delicious but food was only fair.

The hotel is large and our premium sea view room was spacious with a nice big balcony and a beautiful view of the beach and the bay and the bed was enormous. There was a complimentary bottle of Cava in our room upon arrival which was a welcome and very nice touch. The evening entertainment was really enjoyable and held in a partial outside area so was not all hot and crammed in as it is sometimes in hotels. It was nice to be able to choose where you sit at meal times rather than be shown to a table you may not like.

Two things I would mention is that the hotel itself is a bit 'tired'. It didn't bother us much, but it looks as though it needs an update and spruce up, rusty tap connections and vents, cracked/broken tiles unfinished edgings and well worn surfaces. Also part of the hotel was in darkness, where we feel they should have had automatic lighting as you walk through. The main thing which disappointed us was the food which was quite bland and there were relatively small food choices. For the price we paid we would have expected better, but was edible and didn't make us ill plus I didn't have to wash up! There were no choices of coffee in the morning, apart from a standard and tasteless instant; not even filter coffee, so we ended up buying our own sachets from the shop.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was lovely, good size rooms and large sunny balcony looking over the pool. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Hotel is large and sprawling and we easily got lost ha! I would recommend.

The hotel bar on an evening was small and uninviting, hence we never went in.

Room was clean and spacious. good towels, loved the little extras in the room.

Large rooms, very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pools were a good size and well maintained. Good choice at breakfast.

Whilst very good choice at breakfast the hot food was warm at best and could be hotter.

We have stayed at the hotel many times and keep returning for the great location and lovely views of the beach. Recommend a room with a premium sea view.The apartments are a great size with a good lounge and bedroom and kitchen. We loved the addition of sun loungers on our large balcony. We had bad weather and it was great to stay on the balcony having shelter from the wind.The breakfast had a wide selection of food, the hot food was sometimes luke warm but overall it was good. Lovely fresh fruit, breads and salads. There is a chef cooking fresh egg dishes. It’s in a great location, on the beach and within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants.The hotel is close to the airport - approximately 15 mins.Nice little games area with a pool table, table tennis etc.

The hotel is tired with little to no change in the past 6 years. The exterior areas in particular need attention.The cleanliness in the corridors needs attention but the daily room clean was good.The rooms need more kitchen essentials provided as standard. You can request items but wine glasses, toaster etc should be standard.Pool bar drinks are expensive. Two vodkas with orange juice for €20!It’s a shame that surrounding shops and bars seem to be closing down. The beach bar outside of the hotel has closed along with all the shops in the rank. The resort itself seems to be in decline which is sad to see.

We had a Junior Suite with a Premium Sea View—the view was perfect! Every morning, we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise overlooking the beach and harbor. The suite was spacious, featuring a large main bed, a sizable sofa bed, and a large balcony with sunbeds.The hotel's location is great—just a few minutes' walk to the main area of Caleta de Fuste and only a 2-minute walk to the beach, which is right in front of the hotel.We had an all-inclusive package, and there was a great variety of food. Every day, we could choose something different for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately, there are a few negative aspects of the hotel, mainly regarding cleanliness. This issue is not only in the suite where we stayed but throughout the entire hotel.Another concern is that the hotel has seen better days and is in need of a general renovation!Lastly, many of the served dishes were not warm or properly heated—some of the food was cold.

Lovely public spaces- lovely fizz and chocs in room, toiletries excellent. Breakfast comprehensive!

Pool was cold and not clean- (too early?). Hot food at breakfast not very hot.

the hotel is very well located right on the promenade and away from the bars and noise in the centre. we had a frontage balcony suite with panoramic views. overall it was very spacious and the bed was comfy. the kitchenette was useful albeit we only catered for ourselves with snacks. worth hiring a car for a few days as we did to see some other parts of the island.

wifi was a bit weak and patchy in our room but probably because we were on the fringe of their signal range.breakfast was rather bland with little variation tho' the coffee was good.

Everything very poor and very dirty. we found a pair of dirty underpants under our mattress and no apology from managers

Fabulous surprise on our arrival - the hotel was very welcoming and gave us a wonderful upgrade to a Villa.

The weather - poor staff were run ragged after an afternoon storm flooded the hotel!

Comfortable beds and most meals ok but not very warm.

Our room not available and I had a room with only a bath!! I needed disabled room. Moved us 4 days later to so called disabled room. Only difference was shower. Couldn't even move in the minute kitchen and super small fridge had only one shelf. There were no accessible ie height wise for sun loungers or sun terraces without steps. Don't go if disabled. You are not allowed mobility scooters past reception. We didn't get any sun on our own terrace or I would have sat there in reasonable chair.
