We didn’t know we got a free upgrade and the property was really nice and looked brand new it was like a home from home

Pools, pool bar Nestors restaurant , bar

Would have liked sunbeds on the patio. Would have been nice to have heated pools

Location, comfort and peaceful

No shower fitting so I had to hold the head to shower, the patio area needed a really good clean.

We both love the area and have stayed many times, the apartment we stayed in has recently been modernised to a fine finish but lacked a sunny aspect, otherwise on the whole great ? ?

Did request an apartment that we'd stayed in before. Would like them to more amenable for future bookings.

Pool area and local restaurants and bars.

How tired the whole complex looks, the distance downhill from main resort areas, appartment cleaned on 2nd day then nothing for the following 5 days. No towel changes or bedding.Appartment needed an update to all areas in it.

The were staff were fantastic, they all work very hard. The complex is cheap and rooms had all we needed and 2 great grocery stores on our doorstep.The woman that served us coffee in Zanzibar every morning was especially friendly.

The property is being upgraded and we had one of the older rooms. My bed was completely sunk in and I ended up with bad back pain by the end of the week.

The dimension of the house

There were ants inside the apt, we asked to the receptionist to solve it, but when we came back the ants were still there

Nice area. Good weather and reasonable price drinks and food

The room was very dated. The sofa was disgustingly dirty. The freezer was broken and leaked everywhere. The bed had a massive dip in it and 2 days of no hot water

Location was okay, near supermarkets. The pool was nice.

The beds were horrific! They were like camp beds I think the gravel would have been more comfortable.We asked for a double bed and got two single beds pushed together. The sofa was horrendous and the slats were celotaped back together! The whole apartment was disgusting and dirty we had to go and buy bleach to clean the place. There was general dirt and grime almost like it hadn’t been cleaned for our arrival, half the furniture was broken and not fit for purpose. We had to go out and also buy a kitchen knife, pan, tin opener and a few other amenities as these were also not fit for purpose. The outdoor space was covered in bird feces but they had been there for a while as we also had to clean this and it was hard to get off.
