- Great staff, big shout out to Lorena in the pool bar, super friendly young lady
- Nice hotel very clean
- Beds were comfy. Staff super nice. Everything very well clean. Breakfast was good.Location is good. Close enough to lot of resataurants
Cons -
- No snacks through the day we had to go out every day rather than relax around the pool
- The sunbeds are uncomfortable and nothing going on in the garden during the day. At nights there were not much happening either. Just some singer or karaoki. Didnt't bother us though.
- towels on sun beds, room safe had to be paid for & was in the most ridiculous place!!!

lovely suite, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast

Hotel is immaculate. The property is well maintained throughout. Our sea view room was excellent. Spent each morning on the balcony soaking up the morning sun with a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel has a relaxing vibe which is exactly what we were after. Two clean and well maintained pools ( although did not appear to be heated). As people have stated, the food can sometimes be like warm but there was a good variety on offer. Drinks were good under the all inclusive package too. Staff were all helpful and professional.Evening entertainment scaled back but perfectly suits the atmosphere of this hotel. The music ends at 23.00 sharp which ensures you can relax knowing you can get to sleep peacefully! This is not a high energy up tempo hotel, and all the better for it. We wanted some relaxation in lovely surroundings which is exactly what we got. Very happy and looking to return already.
This is not an issue by any means but please be aware that the majority of the clientele at this resort are of the older generation during this time of year. We saw an extremely small number of groups arrive, unaware that it is not a lively rowdy hotel. Please don’t come here if you are after a party atmosphere- but as stated I think it’s all the better for it.
First time at the Ereza Mar after three stays at the St Jorge next door. The first thing that impressed me during our stay was the willingness of the staff to meet our needs, especially with regard to an adapted room.I would like to highlight the following staff, however, for their helpfulness and hard work:Aaron at reception, plus his colleague whose name I have forgotten.Laurena at the pool bar for excellent service with a smile.Assis, the dining manager, for his unrelenting attentiveness.Danny and Hicham at the function suite bar for their friendliness and professionalism. All of the waiting staff in the dining area who got on with their job with a smile and a welcome.About the hotel itself, my wife and I had a great week there despite rain on several days during our visit.Going all-inclusive was excellent value, and every day the dining menu had a variety of quality food. The all-inclusive drinks, however, were limited in choice as you would expect but stood up well compared to others I have tried. The dining area could be very busy at times, but I never witnessed anyone having to wait more than two minutes to be seated. The entertainment was generally okay with the usual agency vocal entertainers stepping in after 9.30 to do their bit. The only night I wish we had avoided was the Animacion guy and his attempt at Bongo Bingo which was as good an example of how to clear a room as you could see.The accommodation for us in the adapted room was excellent with a sea view and lift nearby. Beware of the showers, however, as like ours other people complained at the water flooding the bathroom floor due to poor design. Please also be aware that the rooms to the North of the hotel will get more noise from theSt Jorge hotel next door during daytime in terms of music. In terms of value for money, the hotel is hard to beat, particularly with regard to location, food, and friendly staff.Caleta de Fuste however is not for everyone and many first-time
Location, parking, breakfast
There were problems with the sink, the water did not drain and created a bad smell.
Lovely hotel. Great location. Clean. Friendly staff
it is a large hotel, right above the sea escarpment, but without access to the beach, the beach is 500m away.
everything was ok
Good.Location excellent
Hotel not able to provide light breakfast as we were departing at time earlier than opening of restaurant.
The hotel was lovely, clean & in a good location. The staff were all very pleasant & friendly. The salads & fruit & dessert choices were nice
The food. There was plenty of choices, but not very good quality. The hot food wasn't very hot.The entertainment was poor
only the location
the food and drink served in the cafeteria was very poor the wine that was served in the bar was i drinkable awful had to eat out not to happy for paying half board
Junior suite worth the extra
We were a group of 3 adults and 1 person could only order 2 drinks at the bar at any given time. Staff could clearly see our relative was disabled and shouldn't be left alone. Policy needs reviewed
Large comfortable room, sheets and towels changed every day. Tea making facilities provided. Able to change between lunch and evening meal.
Food! Luke warm and very repetitive, not varied at all! Restaurant more like a canteen, very noisy.
Our room Staff are very very nice Pleasant and helpful
The restaurant wasn’t 4* more like a canteen than a restaurant. Very little food and quality was poor Drink in main bar was poor wine was the wordy I’d had G&T was probably one of the worse I’d had. We only used the bar once
Excellent service brilliant restaurant staff. Idyllic location of hotel overlooking the Atlantic ocean. This was my second visit to the hotel, will definitely return.
below average breakfast , for hotels ...... Clean , but very poor choice. If ever I stay there it again it would be Bed only ,,,,, Always eat out
poor food choice. Stuck in a room overlooking a road ......
Good location. Clean. Friendly staff
Location was fantastic. Only 10min walk to the harbour and beach and a 30 second walk to the local shops and bars. Hotel was extremely clean throughout.
Both pools were really cold, we thought one was supposed to be heated when booking? Had one of the 3 hot tubs out of order on the roof which was a shame because it gets extremely busy up there. Entertainment staff didn't speak any English which made things difficult but they tried their best!Wine choice was quite limited and only able to get two drinks at a time.
Location
The quality and range of food has dropped off since previous stays. The quality of the food and drink for all inclusive is very poor. We have previously had the xmas and New year banquet but this year the choices were not up to previous years. Also I have to question why the GOOD wine is only available on the banquet nights. This wine is also rationed and not available for self service, you must wait for the staff to top up the glass. That does not happen very often. Finally the quality of the pool towels is a joke, they are thread bare and actually have holes in them. Overall the hotel is good but definitely not 4 star.
