We loved the place, the service, the staff at the reception and all the amenities!

The Dining room is absolute SHAMBLES the opening time in the evening is 6-30pm until 8pm for probably for more than 1000 people just 90mins what kind of management thought that up So many queues its hard to see the food not a green veg in sight Finally Breakfast starts at 8am Give me strength its a holiday resort hotel people have planes to catch as for us we booked half board we could not get close enough to eat dinner as for breakfast did not we had a plane to catch.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were warm (Guaci), welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Housekeeping deserves a special mention – particularly Florin, who was always attentive and made sure our room was spotless every day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very quiet at night, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. They were upgraded to premium room.The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and high-quality options throughout our stay. The swimming pools were clean and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing day in the sun.We had a late flight, and the hotel kindly provided a courtesy room so we could shower and change before heading to the airport – a thoughtful touch that made a big difference.Overall, another fantastic stay and we’re already looking forward to coming back again!

The soap bars they provide make a mess and it’s very sticky not easily washed. A soap dispenser would be helpful.This is a suggestion.

The facilities were good and the staff were lovely.

We had a continuous problem with the key card. Every time we tried to get into our room we had to go back to reception to get the card activated. When we complained we felt that the staff thought we were the problem. Explaining to us not to keep it near our mobile phone etc. (even though we told them we did not!) Eventually, 4 days into our holiday they contacted maintenance and they solved the problem. Also the service to the room was a bit chaotic, sometimes they would leave coffee sachets sometimes they wouldn’t! the same with milk, we had plastic water bottles beside our bed which we used to fill from the water dispenser in reception trying to be sustainable, we came back one day and the had thrown them out! Just to note the rooms were always spotless clean. Be prepared for a long queue at the bar and the quality of the all inclusive drinks was poor. For example if you wanted Smirnoff vodka you had to pay €6.

The breakfast was okay. Fresh fruit , cereal, eggs etc

No entertainment and everything closed very early

We had lovely time in this beautiful hotel. Food on the restaurant was delicious. On arrival kindly staff welcomed us by glass of champagne ? . Thank you so much all staff for hard work. I really recommend this hotel. Anna

We had such a lovely stay in this beautiful well run hotel. The pools were so clean. This hotel has the best all inclusive food iv ever seen, and my partner and I are chefs so we really can recommend. So much choice. Even had sushi buffet one night.

Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed, to my surprise I was given a free upgrade to the hotel’s Presidential suite, the Hotel is nicely located, so many places for sunbathing, heated pools, well maintained gardens.My first time travelling alone and given the suit really helped me to enjoy my stay, being able to sunbathe and relax in my own space was perfect for me. The restaurant had a good selection of food, fresh juices made for breakfast daily.Fresh honey daily (amazing)They catered well for a busy hotel.

They could maybe clean the public areas a little more, one of the lifts had crisps on the floor the entire duration I was there. All in all not to bad.

Breakfast and entertainment

That only all inclusive guests could get a drink in Sinatra bar as they didn’t take cash or card in that bar. You have to go upstairs to the other bar if you wish to purchase a drink while attending the evening entertainment. We were breakfast only guests.

Room had a great view and was clean.

Staff were fantastic especially at Reception. Decoration lovely. Spotlessly clean. Fab pool. Had junior suite which was superb

Everything spot on

The property is in an excellent location very clean plenty of sunbeds and places to relax

There was nothing I didn’t like, but I could make a suggestion that you might have some chairs around the pool rather than just sun loungers , as some guests may find it difficult getting up and down off a sunbed as I did

Everything we could ask for Reception staff excellent Rooms so clean ,serviced everyday by friendly Cleaners.Lots of choice for breakfast .10 /10

Amazing location, clean and lots of facilities in the hotel.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but still good to sleep in.

Staff were friendly, informative and efficient. Room was spacious and immaculately clean with a pool view. The location was perfect with the beach and places to eat on your doorstep. We loved our saty at Elba Carlota Beach hotel.

Heating pool is a big advantage of this hotel. My daughter was happy. Great hotel right on the ocean with delicious food and freshly squeezed juices for breakfast! I recommend!
