The shower was really good. Lots of power and I didn't want to get out. The room was clean with a large bed and a free safe was included.. Location was great, just a short walk to lots of bars and restaurants. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.

Wi-fi signal didn't quite reach the room but was made aware of this during booking. However, it was available throughout the bar and TV area as well as the little suntrap at the front. Could also do with a lager bin.

The room was exceptionally clean. I liked have a small fridge in the room. Everything was 5-15mins walk including the beach so amenities close by. A few minutes walk to the main bus stop. I would stay there again. I also liked the opportunity of paying to keep the room until 8pm. I chose this as my flight was at night so was perfect.

I would have liked the bar to have been open (being a solo female traveller) to have a drink where I was staying but that could have been that it wasn't peak season. Also to advertise on the website that WIFI is only on in the communal areas.

The hotel and room are quite simple, but everything is very clean and well maintained. we had an amazing stay. Staff is also very friendly and helpful

Pool not up to usual standard water very murky.No hot water for 2 days but this was rectified as soon as they could and staff were very apologetic and as compensation, we were able to keep our room on our last day up to 8pm.with no extra charge.

Hotel was in an excellent location, close to beach, bus station and harbour. Plenty of restaurants around. Clean and spacious room with a large balcony. Pool was nice but rarely used.

Restaurant closed for breakfast and evening meals. Staff only seemed to be available between 8am and 2pm.

Excellent large room with nice private terrace. Good facilities. WiFi worked fine. Kettle and fridge were very useful.(However no tea or coffeee or toiletries were provided). Private terrace was large and sheltered from the wind.

Slight problems with lack of hot water but this was resolved.

There was only 1 cup when the room was booked for 2 ppl, but good, it was only me.No hot water on the friday evening, was, not informed on the check-in the Friday morning that there was no hot water and was waiting for it to be fixed. When there was hot water It was just warm and not hot, but you could still have a shower Bath could do with a good bleach.Apart from that, it's what you pay forHad a lovely stay.

Have stayed here many times and it's beginning to show signs of age with brown water in the hot taps and some cracked tiles. However we had a small problem with toilet flush and it was fixed immediately. The most worrying thing was the very loud live music from the newly opened back to the 80s bar directly behind the hotel. It quietened down after midnight. We would still stay at this hotel if the above issues were resolved.

Bathroom could do with an update. Issues with water - initially came through brown due to pipe problem.

Rooms not cleaned enough and dirty water

A lovely unique almost boutique hotel. Clean rooms.The pool area.The layout.Comfy beds.The staff, especially Sonya.

Brown tap water means you need to run the tap for 10 minutes to clear the sand that's in the tank. You can then use the tap water, but only use bottled water to brush your teeth.The sun terrace is abandoned.The bath wasn't clean and had bits of black mould along the edges and in the edges of the tiles. It wasn't that bad, but along with the slightly outdated bathroom, we would never use the bath, but the rest of the bathroom was ok.

It was dated needs a re furbishment , hot water was brown. Breakfast was cancelled a week before we were due to go.Tiles were cracked , wooden doors needed replacing.

Bed was comfortable

Shower was hot, but brown water.constantly (sink and shower,) Smoke alarm outside room was broken, plugs looked wobbly and unsafe. Bath was dirty looking , outside corners of bath on floor dirty. . Bath was peeling paint. We had late arrival, no water, no milk available, but two tea bags were left! No staff to ask as had to let ourselves in via key safe. Presuming owner (man )here on next morning, completely ignored us stayed on his phone!

We loved the stay. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good and location amazing. Very quiet, no noise at all. The property had a lovely canarian feel. Felt like at home ?

For 3 nights of our week there was no hot water. No compensation was offered just a brief apology. Reception was supposed to be open 8-2 but most mornings no one was there. The water when it did work, was a disgusting brown colour. Breakfast was very average so we ate out most mornings.

Centrally located near to bars and restaurants. Value for money. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast for as little as €6 p/n but quite basic.

Very dated but clean. Odd shaped building. I wouldn’t want to stay here for longer than a few days.

Location absolutely prefect.

Not much really was a great visit , the only thing I will say is the bathroom needs a bit of TLC , bath chipped , toilet seat loose but all in all a good stay.
