Location. Conveniently close to beach and restaurants. Nice staff

Very old structure and badly furnished. Mattresses were way too hard, entrance door hard to open cos faulty, shower door broken, mini tv, tiny ants everywhere.

The location was good for Beach and town staff helpful

The apartment 38 is in need of a major refurbishment, the fridge door came off and the bathroom mirror had broken edges, there were ants everywhere cracks in walls doors and shutters warped and difficult to open and shut ,kettle not supplied as other reviews have pointed out.

Great location, pretty pool. Staff were friendly and the outside look of the property was beautiful. Very easy walk to the beach.

Beds were quite springy and uncomfortable. And the ants... oh man the ants. Admittedly, there was pest spray under the sink, though it was quite bad. There were basic kitchen supplies but no dish soap, sponge, etc. It was a good value for our money spent, but be aware that you are CERTAINLY getting what you paid for- nothing more.

Only thing apartments spotlless , just dated old doors windows . But price reflects this .

Great location very clean and the staff are absolutely wonderful very very friendly.

Location was good within the town, although we didn’t love the town it was central and close to the airport for our departure. Front desk staff were lovely. As were the cleaners and maintenance staff. Easy walk to the beach, shops and parks. We were able to find parking quite easily on the street close to our rooms.

The property really needs an update. The rooms were very dark and old. We slept well but the linens and sofas desperately need replacing. For the price it’s fine and I suppose to be expected but it’s very basic. Looks nicer in the photos. The pool facing rooms might be nicer. We had ground level (which was requested for mobility) facing the street. Were we ok for a couple nights? Yes. It was fine. Would we return? No.

Central to all amenities, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and great value for money. The pool bar was so cheap and the food was lovely.

Peace, quiet, swimming pool, friendly and helpful communication with the lady at the reception, she always went out of her way to help.

WiFi was only available at the reception and water was leaking from the shower.

Our room as I have mobility issues was located well

Pool was nice and the staff Diego the pool man got me a towel as my towel was stolen

There is no wifi in the rooms - not ideal. The beds are not good. There were no cleaning items for the kitchen, but when i asked reception they provided us with some.

The buildings were low level and nicely grouped and laid out

It was a perfect place to stay Had a great stay and will return. Pool area is fab. Pool bar happy hour two pints fior 3 euro 50. Food is very nice. Staff are friendly especially on reception Very helpful. Fab location

We had a wonderful weekend at Puerto Caleta. The apartments are old and a little tired but were very clean. The pool area was lovely and the drinks prices at the pool bar were great. We would certainly return for an another weekend in the sun. The location was great, very central for everything, beach and bars / restaurants within 5 minute walk.

This was a last min booking,, friendly staff,, brilliant location,, a lone female on a solo holiday and felt safe in and around the area.

More tv channels/ radio stations as I’m not one for going out,, just wanted the sun.

Love the pool area had all been done and some new sun beds , maybe invest in a few more . These apartments are great for basic holiday a little dated but quirky, they are in a great area too central for everything .

Bedbugs - infested beds - Apartament 15

Bedbugs -After spending around 20 minutes in bed, I noticed something moving all over my body. Upon closer inspection, I identified 10–15 bed bugs of different sizes on my body and clothes. Shocked and alarmed, I immediately went to the reception to report the issue, but it was closed at night. With no assistance available, I had no choice but to sleep on a table in the communal area. Furthermore, two-three days after the incident, I developed pots and rash with severe itching, I contacted my doctor for treatment .In the morning I alarm the reception and sent email with pictures- no response. The hotel’s lack of response and negligence in maintaining hygiene standards are unacceptable!
