Staff were very friendly excellent location New Year’s Eve buffet was amazing for the money we paid to stay at hotel

It’s really in need of a tidy up. Very basic but clean pool area etc is lovely but enemy you pay such a little what do you expect. Such a shame as it’s a lovely place and staff are wonderful

We just got back from a three night stay. Got to say the food was lovely and there was plenty to choose from. The location is fantastic but the best thing about this hotel is the staff, everyone so friendly always greeted with a smile by all and Carlos was great fun. Thank you all we will be back

Quiet pool and friendly staff. Very basic and in need of refurbishment but fine for a short stay.

Convenient to town , quiet at night once the music finished ! Beds were comfortable , staff were pleasant tho on our arrival with only one receptionist on duty , a large group we’re on front of us . We stood for 20 minutes awaiting to check in .

Entrance looked appealing , but the further you walked to the back of the complex it was less maintained . Walls were marked and paint was chipped on timber . Dining room is spacious but the cushion covers on dining room chairs were filthy , one morning I moved three times to avoid using them as they had brown stains on them . Apartment was spacious but lacked commodities no Sun beds on large patio, towels were course and threadbare ! A kettle 2 small cups a tray and mini fridge .. no cutlery ! Bath was child sized ! No hairdryer or iron in apartment .

Food was delicious, plenty of choice every evening. Good location close to amenities. Clean throughout

It does need a bit of refurb, broken tiles in the apartment and balcony, tiles discoloured, balcony paint was chipping off and cracked

Food improved from last stay. Some rooms have new floors and been repainted. Small improvements being made around the complex with new signs and a herb garden.

Good location breakfast was good plenty of choice rooms tired but clean beds comfortable pillows hard for me small fridge in room

Room 119 behind bar wouldn’t like to be in there if place was full and karaoke going full blast. Furniture tired but for price was good

Could do with a mirror in room, not just bathroom. Sockets dindt always work for charging.

Location is perfect. Room wasn't ready when we arrived but we headed right through for lunch while we waited. The choice available for meals was superb and breakfast in particular was amazing ?

A nice bright area around the swimming pools.

The front of the complex is clean and bright and nice restaurant.The apartment lacks maintenance and is outdated.

Paintwork in the room around the doors ,windows and furniture was very poor, likewise the locks on the windows and front door needed attention and there was no plug in the bathroom sink making it difficult to wash and shave properly

The food was good and the staff was very friendly.

We were on holiday in January 2025, the water in the pool was cool and the room was cool at night, I asked for an extra blanket because there were thin blankets. The room smelled bad.

Nothing treated pooly and felt discredited for my disability

Good not leave mobility scooter out side hotel and could not use in hotel director very arrogant

I liked the location and also the patio instead of a balcony, the rooms are clean , beds ok the bathroom was clean with a decent shower...The pool area was good...all in all it is a decent value for money hotel with nice staff...I would stay again

the best thing about our stay were the staff..breakfast was excellent choice..cleaners were excellent and friendly..pool was good.

the rooms were very outdated with absolutely no facilities. 4 plugs in the apartment. fridge was useless. bathroom was disgusting. furniture was appalling. television kept freezing. update is well overdue.

The room needed a good deep clean it really lets the hotel down everything would have been 10/10 if they just got the cleaners to do more thorough cleaning

The day time entertainment could be improved. Some games were offered which we took part in, however a kids club and disco were advertised but did not happen. This is no reflection on the hotel itself
