Big terrace with amazing view and comfortable furnishing.Good location in a quiet place but close to shops and restaurant. The lovely couple who runs the place does absolutely everything to make you happy.

The room is very low standard and a bit damp. Dark spots on walls and ceiling. Snails in bathroom.Comfortable bed, though. I complained about the old pillows, which was in a horrible state, but got a pair of fresh, brand new ones, the next day.

You are paying for the incredible view of mountains and waterfall, visible from the rooms and balcony. The rooms themselves are pretty basic, fan and mosquito net included. Water is solar heated so fluctuates.

Amazing views from the balcony and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but clean and perfectly adequate.

The room was clean and spacious. My wife and I booked for one night, but we ended up staying two more nights because of the comfortable stay and the amazing view. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff members were friendly and helpful.

They need clean better and use detergent when they clean. Breakfast was also very poor. Outside tablecloth was dirty and you eat your breakfast there. Shower had bird poo and now warm water. Toilets were broken and dirty

The private terrace was very good and the view was great! You get your breakfast served on the Terrasse and you can enjoy the view to Ella rock.It was a quiet place.

The bathroom was not really clean and the welcoming was really short. Nothing was introduced.

Quiet, Comfortable room. Everything was clean. Views are beautiful. Superb place to watch sun rise and sun set. Friendly staff. Our initial plan was to stay one night in Ella. But after arriving here, we changed our plan and stayed more 2 nights. We will definitely come again. Thank you for your support.

I highly recommend this hotel. The views are breathtaking. Every room has a balcony where you can enjoy views of mountains, waterfalls, and even passing trains. The hotel's location is convenient, just about 300 meters from Ella town, and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Worth money

However, there is one minor inconvenience to note. They close the gates for extra safety after you enter the hotel, and if you plan to leave very early in the morning, you'll need to inform them beforehand. We did inform them of our early departure, and they did open the gates for us in the early in the morning. So it is not a big deal.

The only good part about the property was the view and the property care taker, he was a kind and welcoming person.

I was booked in for a couple of nights but ended up checking out after the first night because the place was strange, un-equipped and just had a very strange vibe. It felt like the hotel was on its last limb to be honest

This was such a nice hotel. Our first plan was to stay one night and go to the beach side of the country, but after arriving at the hotel, we changed our minds and stayed five more nights. The view was amazing. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff members were friendly and super helpful. We relaxed a lot and will definitely visit this lovely place again on our next vacation.

Although I have no complaints regarding the hotel, I would like to address some things that they can improve. They didn't have a map of the Ella city displayed anywhere in the hotel. The hotel staff provided us with all the necessary information, but if there is a map displayed somewhere in the hotel, guests can get more visual information.

Rating: Nice Cosy room, clean and very comfortable. The staff was amazing. They were super friendly and professional. The real highlight of my stay was the breathtaking mountain+waterfall+train view from the balcony and room. The Price was Incredibly Fair for the Value Received. My stay was worth every penny. Highly recommended

Nothing to complain. Everything was great.

Central of the village only 10 minutes. 2-3 hours walk to Ella Rock. there are mich ways up with wonderful little cottages with service along the hole way include on the top. The hotel is very well and clean. Wifi is also OK. The owner speaks really English and is helpful.

The place is okay for it's price. It's close to the main street and the view from the balcony is amazing. It's clean and has basic amenities.

The host was touching his private parts through clothes while talking to me and my friend on separate occasions. I guess that's a deal breaker for some people. Also, the water pressure is poor and the wifi wasn't great, but these are the usual problems. The kitchen was closed.

The service was excellent! The owner and his wife were very friendly and catered to all our request with kindness and a smile. The view of the waterfalls and the surrounding mountains was breathtaking and fabulous from this hotel. No other hotel in this vicinity has the splendid view that this hotel has! you can walk or avail yourself to Auto three wheeler to the main shopping area in town from his hotel. He only discourages you from ordering food from outside! no TV and A/C but has Fans which keeps the room cool.

Such a nice lady, preparing breakfast and being very flexible with everything. The view from the room and from the balcony is stunning.

The host was very nice and smiling all the time. He kept our backpacks until we came from the hike and afterward left Ella. The view is indeed incredible, you can even see a waterfall from the terrace. Breakfast was ok.

This accommodation was not what we were expecting. It was not that clean, we had some bugs in the bathroom.
