Excellent view. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was awesome . Comfortable and worth for the expense .

Nothing to be noted. Impressive despite current crisis they are managing. Many shortcomings can be accepted due to the situation.

Perfect place with awesome view. Staff is friendly and good. Huge tasty Sri lankan breakfast with fruits for dessert. Recommended for families too.

The overall experience was really nice. The breakfast was great with wide variety and the food was delicious, every single dish was yummy. The staff were very helpful and friendly and was attentive to our needs.

Excellent hotel! Amazing mountain views from the rooms, the terrace and the restaurant! Cozy room. There is no air conditioning, but even in the high season (we were in March), it is not needed, it is fresh and comfortable in the mountains. Responsive staff, helped with everything. Organized early coffee, a delicious lunch box and helped with the transfer to the train station. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food and large portions. The pancake with banana and chocolate is great!) From the hotel to the center of Ella 10 minutes on foot, to Small Adam peak and nine arch bridge you can walk, enjoying the views and meeting the monkeys along the way)) We are delighted with Ella and this hotel! Will definitely come back again! Hello to the big boss!)))

Beautiful views from the the front of the rooms and restaurant with a lovely breakfast and only a $2 Aus tuk tuk ride from town. Staff were friendly in organising our tuk tuks and even gave us a free bottle of water for our trip to mirrissa. Thanks guys

The best view u can get. Clean beautiful rooms. Luxury. Very friendly people. Breakfast is great and they serve food all day. Could stay here for a very long time. Definitely worth every penny!!

Amazing view! Good location, 4 minutes walk from city center. Breakfast was fair and the staff helped us with an early one when needed.

The rooms were not clean, towels and linens had black spots and I can even begin to say about the smell coming mainly from the bathroom.

Best thing by far is the view from the hotel, of Ella gap. Watch the sun rise or sun set.

The road is slightly noisy. Some construction work to the main road which will hopefully be finished soon. However didnt spoil my experience. The view far outweighed this.

The view is definitely the highlight of the Ella Edge Resort! The rooms are spacious and clean, the mosquito net protects you perfectly from the little peasants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We extended our stay for one more night to enjoy more of Ellas awesome landscape. The hotel is a little down the hill which is perfect because its a few steps away from the trouble at the main road but still within walking distance (5-10 mins up the hill). There was a construction site and the rooms can be quite loud but we didnt mind. Breakfast was fine and wed book again if wed come back to Ella.

location is very nice, but rooms were not very nice, stayed in a non aircon room, which should be good because its quite cool at night so no aircon needed, but there is no screen door , so when u want to open the door to get fresh air inside, flies and other insects also come in.

breakfast was not great.....first day , its a buffet breakfast , toast was cold, eggs were served right away and were cold by the time i ate them, coz i like to eat fruits first. we actually talked to manager and suggested that they just put the toaster on the table and let guests toast their own bread, so at least its hot, also suggested that they ask people when they like their eggs served, so eggs are not cold when eaten. they actually did this so 2nd and 3rd breakfast were a lot better.

The resort was in a beautiful location, the view was spectacular, specially in the morning when you could watch the sunrise from your bed. We had monkeys waking up with us! The breakfast was just superb and the staff where supernice, they even drew us a map of the area for our adventures

Unfortunately, there was a really bad smell in the bathroom. And it was pretty noisy because of the kitchen right above us. Started about 6 kl the morning

The hotel has a really beautiful view from the room and the restaurant. Its located around 0,5 km from Ella itself.

The walls are very thin, so its a bit noisy.

We had a great stay at Ellas Edge. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very kind and friendly. Would recommend it 100% just for the spectacular views, especially as the sun comes up in the morning. Really enjoyed the breakfast too.

There is nothing better than having a breakfast while looking at the amazing Ella gap. Ella's Edge Resort provides exactly that.

This hotel was great, fantastic view from our balcony and while you were sitting and eating breakfast at the restaurant. Room was very spacious and clean. Great location, 10min easy walk into town or very cheap tuk tuk ride.

The rooms are not the most comfortable. No aircon and you can hear the road during the night.

The view was amazing and probably one of the best offered in the Ella area. The location was an easy walk to town and so you get the view and still walkable location to town. Staff was very friendly. Room was very large.
