Misty Hills Ella Resort

The pool and the view from sitting around the pool was great.

Fridge didn’t work, room leaked, no hot water. Was like a boarding house 2 star rooms. As soon as you arrived they hassled you to cancel your room on booking.com to get a free dinner? We had lunch there once very expensive for a curry smorgasbord that had been sitting there for hours! A long walk up a steep hill in to town. My bikini top was taken from the room, this was very disappointing.

Beatiful view, good room with big bed, nice balcony and everything was really comfortable. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay here. Good breakfast and cool swimming pool place with a great view.

The breathtaking views of the hills make the stay completely worth it! The staff were very helpful arranging all transport, tuktuks and tours. Slightly away from the centre of Ella, but still very walkable

Room could do with a refresh

This hotel has the potential to be one of the best hotels in ELLA, if only they would renovate, paint and add some decoration to the rooms. The view from the balcony is probably the most beautiful in town - overlooking Little Adams Peak and Ella Rock and the entire valley between them.The breakfast was quite varied.The owner was very flexible and generous with us in canceling one of the two nights we booked (a cancellation that was necessary due to a change of route due to flood damage).

This hotel has the potential to be one of the best hotels in ELLA, if only they would renovate, paint and add some decoration to the rooms. The huge room we got was equipped with a TV - and that was the only decoration on the walls... It wasn't very clean and the bathroom was strange.

The view from the room with the balcony was very good and the light in the room as well as the calmness of the space away from the hustle bustle of Ella

Excellent property with stunning views. Everything and picture for property is accurate. Staff are all super friendly and so helpful and kind. The pool with view is so nice. Disregard any negative reviews about this place they are not true.

The staff was really kindly with me. Next day i had to take the trai at 6.30am and they prepared me sandwich to take away. was really cute. And the view was completely stunning. Definitely i will come back

A fair few steps and a steep incline up to the property however staff on hand to help with luggage etc and tuk tuks. Property has a lift which is great for the higher floors .

We fell inlove with this place and so did our friends. The pool was a game changer and not super warm like most places so was a super refreshing way to escape the heat. The location could not have been better. Stunning view from rooms and amazing breakfast. The staff were incredible and very friendly. We will be back for sure!

Wi Fi didn't work , limited hot water , TV does not work in many rooms ,base rooms are basic but spacious .

Friendliest most helpful staff, thank you for everything. We enjoyed our stay. Welcome drink, upgraded room, help organising transport to and from town everything was great.Amazing views from the pool.

Curtains were very thin, difficult to sleep past sunrise!

Lovely hotel looking far on the mountains. Pool was nice and refressing. The staff helped to organize everything from electricity adapters to food at late night and early sandwitches with a drop off for the next location. Very friendly amd helpful staff ?

Definitely try to get the room with balcony

The view from the room was amazing. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful.

The view was stunning!!!! Su the friendly manager and his team went above and beyond to assist. It’s located just out of the frenetic town of Ella providing a peaceful environment.
