Spacious rooms, I particularly enjoyed the bed and the mattress, the quietness of the environment (I stayed in the new building. Car parking was packed, but still you could find a spot.

Bathroom design should have been more careful and ergonomic (the glass in the bath, its battery, the height of the WC, the slope of the floor which allows waters out of the bathroom, etc.)

We stayed for one night because we were travelling for a wedding nearby. Nevertheless, the staff was very helpful when we checked in on 8pm and they even let us stay until 1am next day so that we could have breakfast and then visit the spa We will definitely stay there again!

Great location and staff. Breakfast could be better. Spa area is too small and very old style and it is obvious that nobody invests there. Weird system with the whirpool usage. Rooms perfect!

Really clean room, bathroom with big bathtub, the fireplace was great, with enough wood supply for a day for free. No noise during the night at least from neighboring rooms. Had all the amenities. Spa was great and included in the price, breakfast was also good with good choices, and nice dining space. The Hotel is really close to the Pozar Baths. 2 mins by car.

Maybe only one thing. Being a couple and having two single beds together, while its usual in some hotels, there should be a top layer connecting them. They were really easily separated.

Location was great. Staff welcoming. Indoor pool.

Indoor pool was.not heated....one of the rooms had smell from previous smoking.

Spa doesn’t work

Nice hotel, with very hospitable stuff, very clean, good breakfast. Worth coming back again.

Clean rooms with very friendly staff at a nice location. Breakfast was also very good. It is within walking distance to Pozar thermal baths.

We were there for the Pozar music festival which lasts until 3 pm every night. It was a bit annoying that the cleaning staff was knocking on doors at 10 am to ask if you need anything.

- Lack of soundproofing, could hear the next rooms children crying, TV, talking etc. Thus diminished on the relaxing atmosphere- Beds not comfortable

All of the staff is very polite. The breakfast is good. Big balcony.

The pillows are awfull. The lighting was very dim. It seams it is "modern" to have almost no lights.

Very spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Spa and pool very nice and clean and included. Massage with extra cost, worth it, professional, very nice experience. Hotel at a very good location, but the parking not enough for everyone when the hotel is fully booked... Breakfast very good as well.

Not enough Parking, had to park to the hotel next door. Would appreciate more lighting in the rooms (the black decor absorbs all the light and the room feels dark).

Excellent location, very close to the baths. Very clean and cozy hotel. The room was spacious with comfy beds and great view. Also the spa area and the pool was very clean and well organized. We will definitely come again.

The rooms are comfortable clean and with fireplace. We loved the Spa facilities, indoor pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna all available for free!

The Spa was working only from 11 to 19h

This hotel lacked nothing. All the amenities to make a stay pleasant. We walked to the Pozar Loutra easily. A good restaurant, coffee shop, and zaharoplasteio were no more than 200 m away. We stayed in the new building. Spa robes and slippers were provided for guest use. A good breakfast was included in the rate. The new building had two “family rooms” with a fireplace. A staff member went out of his way to help us find parking.

Parking could be difficult.
