Landhotel Krausnick

Receptionist, breakfast staff, cleanliness - all exceptional and friendly. The dinner was good, the beer cold and fresh. After a long day of driving we hoped to have a quiet end of our day.

The head waitress was remarkably unfriendly to me, my wife and the two other tables in the restaurant. When we showed up and announced we had a reservation (done 15 minutes before on Booking.com) she actually said "No, that cannot be" and challenged our having said we have a reservation. Then she didn't want to serve us a beer or dinner, was rude to another table telling them they'd have to wait until she had time to come over to them. Then she barked at a very nice Danish foursome about their meal. All the customers chuckled about her and how she must have had a bad day. As much as I enjoyed the other staff and the hotel, we will not stay there again. I don't need to feel unwelcomed by a grumpy head waitress.

I particularly appreciated the breakfast selection, which was excellent - something for everyone. The staff were pleasant and friendly and my somewhat late arrival on the first night was not a problem as I received email instructions on how to use a code to get my key, though in fact a member of staff was still in the building and able to let me in when I arrived.For a single room, the bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

Really nice place. 10/10 for a good cleaning, quiet place, warm and cozy. Breakfast included from 7:30 until 10:00 with a lot of various choices and fresh food. They also have a restaurant open from 17:00 until 22:00 but closing the kitchen around 20:00. The staff didn’t speak well english but they try their best and help with everything. I will definitely coming again and recommended.

Classical land hotel.

No A/C despite a very hot weather. The mattresses are clearly not of good quality and cause back pain the next day. Staff was not really friendly. Especially when people ask why the air conditioning isn't working. The answer was that it's been like that for over 6 months ....

Very nice big room. Very good breakfast. Calm and tidy are. Just 15 minutes from Tropical Islands. No problem with check in in the middle of the night.

Easy to find and a quiet location.Breakfast was good. Dinner menu limited but all delicious. If you're visiting tropical island and need to stay nearby, this is the place to be!

No English channels on TV (travelling with kids). Limited English but we got by.Kitchen closed at 8pm, which meant we had to hurry back from tropical island.

It exceeded my expectations, it was an honour to be able to sleep there. I was fully refreshed in the morning and the staff was very nice. The food was very good and the parking was safe. There is also a playground there.

Very friendly staff! Nice clean hotel rooms and free parking. Only 10 min drive from Tropical Islands. There was small refrigerator in one of the rooms even though I don't think that was promised in the booking - very much appreciated, Nice restaurant in the hotel.

Personal was great and very friendly, I feel like a home. Bed was very comfortable, just the gap between two beds in the middle was bad, but it is usually everywhere. Even the breakfast was from 7.30 and when we said that we leaving at 7 everything was ready, thanks! Plus free parking I giving 9/10 for everything

I can hear the noise from other rooms which was not so comfortable. The gap between twobeds which has to be a one double bed…like mostly hotels dont care. On booking it says 350metres far from Tropical Island which was not true, it is 6 km far away.

The hotel is in a very small village. We booked there because is near Tropical Island resort (5 km). The room was fully prepared, cleaned and warm when we arrived.This hotel was a very positive surprise and I will be back in the future for sure.

Comfy little hotel on a nice and quiet location.The restaurant/bar is also good.8 minutes drive from the Tropical Islands resort.Decent breakfast.

Air condition didn't work. It was completely shut off.
