- Water slides, lagoon, a lot of fun.
Cons -
- The safari tent is a scam no plugs and no light Like ok i get the experience and I like it but if I was to really camp somewhere there would be light available both inside and outsideThere is not even a plug and we had the hardest time to find plugsThen they want to take money for everything, the electricity (power banks) and locker and so onWater costs 4 euro so figure out the restThe food is shitThey warm up some frozen pizza they bought 1 euro and feed it to you for 15And also the shuttle takes forever, on the site they give timetables but it is not correct
- There was no staff in the Ohana hotel. There was problem with the check in and room doors working , and we had to walk back to the main reception with luggage three times. My family and I found it so frustrating considering who much we paid for the room (700€) . It wasn’t even premium or cleaned properly.
- The solarium is not working (not one), too dark in the afternoon, a lot of equipment is out of date, the sink drain didn't work, but the worst was cockroach ? at the beach in front of the big pool, they live in the small drains under your sunbed.

A variety of attractions for the kids, the pools are great
No one told us that the room isn’t ready and we took all our belongings and two children to the room only to find out that even though they gave us the key at the reception at 12pm, the key will open the door at 3pm! The fact that they don’t clean the room, only after 3 days of your stay. I wanted to change towels after two days and they said that i need to pay for it.
Abundant vegetation that creates a pleasant atmosphere, as well as funny birds.
The final price I was charged upon check-in was different from the total price confirmed in my booking. I tried to resolve this by contacting the hotel's support team to get an explanation, but I never received a response. It's frustrating when the price you agree to is not the one you pay. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. It looks more like a place to pump out money. In reality, you are buying entry into a large restaurant.Tickets are not cheap, and there are only four normal slides - and they close quite early, at about 19:30. The rest of the space is occupied mainly by cafes, shops, and sun loungers.Overall, one day would be enough for everything.
Great stay for a family with kids.
Room was basic and didn't fell so clean. however, after a short visit outside, we were filled with sand anyway.
There is everything inside the dome. Variety of food. A lot of amusement and things to do
It’s for families with younger kids. I have a 12 years daughter who had a blast. But my 15 years son didn’t enjoy the waterslides.
Room size was perfectAqua park was amazing many activities for kids Many restaurants are theirMany attractive Water slides for different agesMy kids love the place
Check in process was very bad it took a long time almost out time lost on check in while waiting in the queue and the location for the room was not clear ..The room without AC its too hot while we were sleeping Breakfast was good but with limited varieties
The tropical atmosphere and uniqueness.
The high room price for what you get very poor quality…AC and WIFFI inconsistent. Being charged for every little thing!! Staff except one was not helpful or friendly.
Warmth, Butterfly and Forest
Humidity, Water attractions, outdoor area
The concept is great, the spa area is nice and overall is a fun experience
CHECK IN:The check in was chaos. The room wasn’t ready at 15 and we had problem with the key. A staff member open the door with the master key to put the luggage in and send us to the reception. we got a new room. After going to the reception and back (mind that is a 20 min travel back and forth) we waited over 30 min for someone to open the old room with the luggage stuck in. The new room was on a different floor and has not the same option ( like it hasn’t the coffee machine). The time of the check is 15 but we lost over an hour and we finally set around 16.30. HYGIENE:The overall level of hygiene is too low in my opinion. I’ll get that is crowded and kids are, rightfully, everywhere but we found human feces on the hotel stairs, snack wraps and bandaids should not be floating in the pools. Pricewise I was a bit shocked as well. Last time in TI was 6 years ago and price now are more than doubled.
My feedback on the accommodation: There was no reception or even basic room service available. Accessing the room was extremely difficult. The quality of services and the condition of the room were very modest. Most importantly, the cost was far too high compared to the level of service.Unfortunately, I don’t think I would recommend this place to anyone.Best regards,
One of few water parks where it is not cold when in the water and out of it. Good breakfast.
Terrible showers, way too many people, very bad smell in wc. Really crazy hot inside, so if you are sleeping inside - make sure you have ac.
Very poor
Very hot and miserable inside of tent. Too high water temperature in the pool, and air temperature feels like in sauna
The scale of this place is really impressive! 1 day was not enough for us to look around the all territories.
One swimming pool outside was closed.
I liked the concept.
The location is complicated without a car. Too hot inside when you are not on the waterFood was pricy, small portions and very low quality and not really fun to eat.
It's great fun to stay overnight. Read the reviews 1st so you are not surprised and you will have a great time. The shuttle bus picks up from the train station its very easy to get and has an online time table as well as one at the station. The train from Berlin took 1 hour and was €37 for 4 adults one way. A taxi from tropical island straight to the airport was €125 we couldnt get an uber on time. The staff are very nice but very relaxed about customer service, if your a patient person you will have great fun watching the chaos, that wait to check in does take 40 mins and we were lucky it wasn't much longer. If you book direct on their website you can check yourself in at a machine using a QR code, with no wait time. The executive family room was plenty big for four adults and very clean. The buffet breakfasts plenty of choice, the restaurant foods was reasonably priced and the cocktails, the water and coke was very expensive with no free water stations even at the sauna so bring your own in or get their refill cup for €20, you cant get a refill of a soft drink or water every 45 minutes. The spa and sauna are textile free which is no surprise anywhere in Europe but just a warning for any Irish going, you need a towel and that's all, the young kids running about too is a surprise as well as playing with water guns in the jacuzzi and saunas, there doesn't seem to be any age limits for that zone, so not a very chilled out area but lovely anyways. I tried to book a massage for €90 50 mins but they were having a quite day and not going to do any more massages not pre booked. The rain forest walk is great there are signs up explaining that the insects people see are not cockroachs but helpful rainforest horticultural bugs.
Check in has got to be the most inefficient system in the world.
We were blown away by the property! There was so much to see and do inside the complex! The price was good for us with all that we did in our one night stay and 2 full days in their facility. We have never been somewhere that this 2 day one night is that affordable specially in the states! Also so very relaxing and kids had a blast! The slides were fun and the kids played for hours in both indoor pools and the 2 slide sections! It will be a memberable experience and place for all family members!
There were some areas that did have a smell. Like walking into the outdoor pool. We thought maybe there were actual animals back there and maybe there were and we didn’t see it. Also the rapids I think needs more info. (Not sure what is actually called but it is outside and it is very rough.) my youngest 9 freaked 1/2 way through and I couldn’t reach her by the time I did she was coughing up water and the lifeguard was still sitting in the shed. It was our first time there and didn’t realize how bad it was. The only other thing was the difference in prices in your gift shops selling basically the same thing. We paid 10€ more for towels because one shop for black and white towels were 39.99 and another store selling the same towel just multicolored was 29.99. We were very disappointed in the fact that we told the lady to remove the tags while in store because they asked and we figured we had looked in the two stores we found only to find there was a third one around the corner.
Over all the facility was great, but I hate that they keep animals there. All the birds in there belong in actual nature, not inside an artificial environment with loud children who try to catch.
Room was very bright, with a big comfy bed and sofa next to window. Kettle with tea/coffee is great. Shower has a strong pressure and hot water in a second.
