    Pros +

    • Pool and spa area, balcony, bar, ski room, elevator, impeccable cleanliness, free tasty apres-ski snacks in the bar, nice outdoor sitting, convenient parking
    • We loved the hotel.beautiful and relaxing. Right in front of the lifts which is a plus even in the summer.Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna. We really enjoyed our stay.
    • The parking facility was very good.

    Cons -

    • Size of the room, street noise, limited choices for breakfast, no outdoor pool, jacuzzi only available for adults
    • The walls are not as thick as you would think so it was noisy. Specially some times people didn’t care and slammed the door.
    • Hotel Savoy is rated a 4-star hotel, yet the furniture in the room was old, the mattress was worn out, dog hair on the floor. the room was next to a busy road and very noisy. The service was average at reception, but non-existent at breakfast. The breakfast selection and quality was disappointing (not even a single piece of fruit).

    Location, amazing view from the balcony, very friendly and helpful staff

    Rooms facing the street might be noisy, breakfast was very limited for 4* hotel, no vegetables at all, no fruit

    We loved the location, very close to the main attractions in the Dolomites. The room was cozy and simple, but very spacious. We enjoyed the dinner experience and the breakfast was lovely.

    The bathroom would need a new coat of paint, but it was clean and functional.

    Everything very well designed and maintained - large spacious car park linked by underground walkway to hotel. Great food and well located.

    Bed was a little short for me as a tall person

    Everything was perfect for my needs, including the location across the street from the gondola, cleanness, the facilities, food and service.

    10GretiPosted on: 3-4-2023

    everything was excellent, location, very clean, helpful staff, very good and well presented food.

    nothing that I did not like, but it would be nice to have an electric kettle and tea in the room, or available in a common area in the hotel.

    This hotel has a high quality attitude about what they do. Every aspect in their job was very precise and well thought. The bartender at the bar(very nice and unusual cocktails) and the waiters were very nice and helpful. The food was great, so was the room service. They made our trip great only by doing their job very professional.A great feature was that they allow dogs.

    Excellent location directly at main gondola to beautiful mountain area; friendly attentative staff; very nice wellness area and pool; excellent food at breakfast and dinner;

    Large suite could have a bit more equipment - but maybe this was due to Corona precautions;

    Excellent family run Hotel. The food was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Secure parking on site. Exceptional pool and gym facilities. It was obvious the family cared about every aspect of their business.

    8JurekPosted on: 7-21-2022

    Very monotonic breakfast: no fruits and no hot food selection. Eggs and pane cakes were very poorly done.

    8JennyPosted on: 7-17-2022

    The property is in the middle of postcard made by Dolomites view. Location is super good for us - not crowdy but good for one star travel. In the middle of La Villa village.Big and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is good. Overall very nice accommodation.

    Pool is ok but Saunas didn't work. Charger for the car was for an additional payment and we didn't know it.

    Breakfast area big windows allowing the beautiful Alta Badia surroundings enticing you out into the Dolomites. Food is plentiful and fresh, wonderful Salads, Wholesome homemade soup which is very welcome after being out skiing main meal is beautiful presented, and very tasty and filling, Dessert very good and cheese and biscuits available as well. The Pool is beautifully done with an artificial rock formation has a wellness area and the surrounding have sitting area with showers that do aroma therapy all areas of wellness covered and you can book professional massage and other wellness....... great after doing the mountains. there is a indoor play areas for kids, Billiard room and heated Sauna areas. This family run Business is forward thinking and are willing to adapt to the needs of customers. They still keep the mountain welcome style Hotel. We were leaving very earlier on our last day, Marco the Manager stated he would get the Chef to organise a Breakfast box, to take with us, we never asked, Yes they go the extra mile, Speak to them they listen they are wonderful family run business. ..... would we go back, YES. Lynn and Billy

    Hotel is located in quite village - obvious not as bustling location as Cortina - but all basic facilities are available - grocery shop, bakery, etc. We really liked the option to park our car in the underground garage. Breakfast was OK, but variety could be improved. Room itself was nice, big plus was properly sized bathroom. We also had a balcony attached to our room, and it offered spectacular view on Dolomites. Staff was OK, check-in process very smooth even during covid-19 times.

    Selection of food was somehow limited during breakfast. Not sure if it had anything to do with covid-19 restrictions, but there were no fresh vegetables like potato or pepper. We experienced quiet unpleasant moment, when cleaning lady looked inside our room from the balcony, instead of knocking on the door, as she wanted to tidy up the room.
