Wellness Hotel Gran Risa***S

Talking about hotel I was really impressed. I stayed in 5 stars hotel in Alta Badia, but talking trully Gran Risa Hotell in some points is very much better. Welness and SPA zone - incredible. Really amazing. Dinners really surprised me a lot, because I never expected "Michellin star's quality" in 3 stars hotel. Level of Hospitality - somethig that it's hard to deliver, because it's impossible to describe with words, you have to feel it. Talking hinestly it was one of the best places that I ever stayed.

I guess that selection of hot dishes on a breakfast could be improved litle bit.

Both breakfast and dinner are great, , the staff were so kind and helpful.The pool and spa are great, the best place to end the day.

The hotel had such a welcoming and lovely vibe from the moment we arrived! The spa is brand new and such an amazing asset to the hotel. Location is great for hiking! Food was incredible - good vegetarian meals! Great parking in a secure garage. Room was very clean. Games room was a bonus! Overall, nice modern facilities and room but with a family welcoming feel!

Meal times were a bit restricted with only a 1 hour time slot for dinner (not a major issue) and could be 1-2 more options e.g normally only one vegetarian option.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional.Breakfast and specially the dinner was exceptional.

Street side room, the traffic noise is much louder than annoying, I’m a good sleeper but couldn’t sleep for most of the night

In front of the cable. Welness and internal and external pool with nice view, comfortable room, equipment of the room, garage and parking place, very very kind owner family and stuf.

fantastic place, nice facilities, 10 meters to the ski lift, 20 meters to buy a the lift-card. nice atmosphere, friendly and smiling staff.. Super clean hotel.

only bad thing ro say,is that the pool is only open until 7 pm. could be open until 9 pm.

Great family-run property, friendly service, clean, beautiful, closer to 5* than the listed 3*. Right on the main Gondola and the 2nd lift that goes to the other side of the mountain. Can't be any better location. Delicious dinner with many variations, fast and professional service. Can't wait to come back again.

We really liked the hotel. The position is great near the ski lift. There is a garage. The room was very clean and the breakfast and the dinner were so varied and tasty! The wellness area it is also very nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The room was pretty small.

Excellent and bountiful breakfast and great menu on both nights with a special aperitif for one of them. The staff were also very helpful. Great wellness facilities in term of two different saunas, a Turkish bath, whirlpool and swimming pool and outside sun lounge. Very close to the ski lift where you can go on interesting walks.
