Love the views! The alpacas! The food! Felt like you were staying with family!

Food and staff.

We didn’t try the Spa because its closes early, at 7pm.

The access to the walking paths was excellent for me & my dog. A separate dining space is provided so one doesn’t need to leave one;s dog in the room while dining. The sauna & whirlpools are very nice especially after a day of hiking. The break brunch is abundant & of quality.

The facilities listed includes a balcony but my single did not have one, but they managed to find me a room with one. The tradeoff was loud constant road traffic. With the shutters & windows closed at night & little time spent in the room made it tolerable. Thank goodness the temperatures at night are cool enough that the lack of an air-conditioner wasn’t a problem. There was no discount to local events or free bas access offered as in many other large hotels. The staff’s solemnness, added to the dated carpet & dark interior make x an indifferent atmosphere. The wellness center is not a place quite & calm with boisterous adults & toddlers.

The breakfast and the wellness it was very good, the location was perfect.

the bad and the pillow were not good, unpleasant smell from the bathroom.

The bar

I had a terrible experience at this hotel due to the rude and racist behavior of the breakfast and restaurant staff. A waitress, wearing a white button shirt, asked where we were from and then said she didn’t like "our kind of people." Additionally, the staff spoke between them on us in Italian, thinking we don’t understand what they are saying.This unprofessional and offensive behavior was unacceptable, and it completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location was pretty good for skiing.

For the price, the rooms should be renovated as they were very run down looking.

The ambience, the people, very good food and cleaned. There is a shuttle service with La Villa, which 20 min walk from the hotel. We also played cards at the bar until late, and people were very friendly.

Not much provided for lunch but if they are told in advance they can organise something.

The rooms decoration and furnishing is outdated, pretty basic, I would expect a bit better considering the price rates.

Soooo old! The decor is so basic it feels worse than a hospital room.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the rooms had great balconies full of flowers with great views over the surrounding mountains. The staff was nice, especially the girl at the front desk who was extremely kind, professional and always ready to go above and beyond for the hotel guests. Breakfast was very nice.

The parking was very small for how busy the hotel was. In the room there weren’t enough plugs and one side of the room didn’t have a nightstand or night light.

Good location to get to the mountains.The hotel is a little bit old and need a renovation, compared to other places.Rooms, bathrooms and everything was very cleaned.Nice view of the mountains and forest.

Staff was under the expectations. In our opinion seemed to be unprepared for their job, and without a study of their own hotel.FUrthermore, staff was too young, which is ok, but at least should be necessary to get a Supervisor-
