It was one of the best hotels we have ever visited so far. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and professional. The hotel itself is beautiful, the sauna and spa amenities are incredible, and the food was fresh, delicious, and very allergen friendly! In fact the food was one of the best surprises we've had during our entire trip! The position of the hotel is great since you can walk easily in the town, the bus stop is a few steps away from the hotel and there are hiking trails accessible close. I would love to visit the hotel again if I have the chance!

The swimming pools are stunning. The staff are nice, friendly, and very supportive. Don’t miss the breakfast—it’s very tasty. The cheese omelet is the best.

I got a room close to the street. During the summer, without air conditioning, I had to open the windows, which let in a lot of street noise.

The swiming pool and the food is beyond expectations. This pool is truely good for swim which is very rare on this price level.

The bed was very soft it was not perfect if you have problem with your spine

Hard to figure out how to get back to La Villa from in the mountain at the end of the day.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! We had the best stay— the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, professional and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even added surprise decorations to our room when they learned we were there on our honeymoon. It was incredibly sweet and touching! The hotel itself is beautiful, the views are spectacular from every vantage point, the sauna and spa amenities are incredible, and the food was fresh, delicious, and very allergen friendly! We were also very easily able to navigate the town without a car. All of the hiking trails are accessible from the town center and the bus stop is a few steps away from the hotel, so we were able to get to our train station easily. We were a bit worried about not having a car, but we didn’t need to be! Everything was really easy to navigate, and the staff were super knowledgeable and helpful when we had questions about the transit system. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel and the views from the rooms were amazing. Hotel staff were amazing. Had our Evening meal in the hotel and it was fabulous. Definitely worth a visit

Pros: - New part of the spa area is great - Staff very friendly - Food very good - Nice view from some parts of hotel

Cons: - Near a busy road so lots of road noise - Felt the hotel advertising is very misleading. It only shows photos of modern, recently refurbished parts of the hotel when in the reality half of the hotel has not been refurbished and feels quite old school. Non refurbed rooms (like ours) are very drab and dated and lots of the hotel feels like that too. It feels very much like a hotel of two halves (e.g one nice modern dining room, one old one), and that’s not made clear online. - Odd seating arrangements at dinner / breakfast. Each room seems to be assigned a table and you are only allowed to sit there. We were given a bad table and were not allowed to move at dinner to a nicer table next to it even though no one else was eating there as “someone else has that table for breakfast”. Seems like a very odd and unnecessary policy which isn’t very customer centric - No recognition at all of the fact it was our honeymoon despite telling them when we booked - Tips on what to do nearby No where near as good or helpful as at our last hotel. Apparently the hotel offers and excursion everyday but no one told us about that when we checked in so we weren’t able to take advantage of it
