We’ve stayed at this hotel many times before (around ten times!) and always booked the same type of room with a sea view. Usually, everything is great — that’s why we kept coming back. But this time was very disappointing.Even though we paid for a sea view room, they gave us a pool view instead. The pool area was extremely noisy, and it was impossible to relax, especially in the morning. When I mentioned it to the girl at the reception, she didn’t seem to care at all — no apology, no solution.It’s really frustrating because we’ve been loyal guests for years and always enjoyed our stays before. The room itself was nice as always, but the view and the noise completely ruined the experience. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be coming back unless they start treating returning guests with more care and respect.

Good location close to waterfront walkway, coffee shops, and parks!Food is very good. Staff is friendly, Room is comfy overlooking the sea!

Very comfortable hotel at a nice location, rooms are spacious, the view was excellent and the breakfast perfect. Some people complained it is too far away from everything. Not for us, a nice walk to the Marina and you have everything there. Worth the money and we will for sure come back next year. Not sure how this place is in the hot season but for us end of September it was the perfect place for a very low price.

No activities and there is no shops in the hotel the lobby is very small

The staff were very pleasant and polite, they even delivered a birthday cake to my room upon arrival which was very thoughtful. The room was clean, spacious and really comfortable. The beach was clean.

I found the prices in the restaurant to be a little expensive.

The rooftop restaurant has an amazing view and we liked the sea platform

Many things unfortunately! The quality that you get doesn’t match the price paid. Completely overpriced, zero attention to detail, the staff doesn’t know how to treat clients in a 5 star hotel. The breakfast is poor, in the first hour runs out of pastry that they never replace (got cinnamon rolls only once, but they like to leave the empty tray there the whole morning to show). The beach support is inexistent (even something as simple as providing towels is done without any attention to the guests). The restaurant has a nice view but we did a reservation many days in advance and when we got there they didn’t have our reservation (the restaurant was empty but they made as wait for a table. You might think that they had other reservations but at least two tables next to us were empty the whole duration of our dinner).

the staff were amazing sooo friendly they made us feel at home the location is amazing a little far from the marina but that’s fine everything in the hotel compensated it we will definitely be coming back to this price of heaven

Very good all round, front desk staff were very attentive. Room and hotel generally is very clean. The spa facilities are amazing

Restaurant food could be a bit better.

Bad experience

-location (everything is too far 30 mins at least)-Facilities (as an example: swimming pool is not clean)-Services -Staff don’t understand English and were not very polite even when we put “don’t disturb mode” they still knock our doors and entered our room.-The room has a bad smell and the electricity keeps on and off during our stayI wouldn’t recommend this hotel and honestly I wouldn’t even visit Bodrum again

Amazing beach, amazing service, great views everywhere in the hotel.

Beach was beautiful

Coffee machine had to be replaced 2 or 3 times. Beach shore was a little rocky in some areas.

Very comfortable and luxurious stay. I enjoyed the facilities and the private beach area. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The location of the hotel is 30 minutes away from Bodrum center, but it is great if you look for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Beds are fine but can be more comfortable.

Sea view from the room is so relaxing, the design of the room is very modern. The staff is very nice. I enjoyed my stay, spent my days in the hotel beach. The breakfast is good as well
