Selectum Collection Bodrum

We had a wonderful stay at Selectum Collection! The food was excellent with a wide variety, and the cleaning was absolutely perfect. The service was outstanding, every staff member was so kind, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to Mr Erhan and his team for making our holiday unforgettable. The only bad part was having to leave from there. Highly recommended!

Rooms a little dated and bathroom would benefit form modernisation

Good all inclusive hotel. We went there 9 years ago when it was under TUI. ownership changed, but the facilities are the same. While some facilities started to show the age, overall the hotel is in good shape. Some extras from TUI time are now inclusive to the package. Staff is quite friendly and hardworking. Hotel brings external show groups to entertain in the evening or during the day. Overall we were happy with our stay.

When you call the hotel number you reach out to a call center which mainly aims to sell reservations for the Selectum group. However, it is impossible to talk to anyone in the reception through that line. So if you have any questions, only option is going through Booking.com message service.

I spent the most wonderful 8 days on vacation with my wife and baby in Bodrum at your hotel thanks to the two wonderful guys who work there who were so nice and kind to me and my family that I have to mention their names in my post, their names are Erhan and Lokman and I would like to mention the girl who works in the restaurant as a host and welcomes guests and who was wonderful to my 14-month-old daughter and her name is Pinar. Thank you very much, wonderful people and we will be happy to return to your hotel and recommend it to all our friends.

Everything was perfect ?. The most friendly staff we have ever visited, the water in the pool was clean and warm, the variety of food and drinks was good,the entertainment events were different.I would strongly recommend to families! The place is big enough with different activities available.

The only thing I didn't like were the insects-bees, wasps and cicadas - the better prevention will be highly appreciated. Otherwise as a friendly reccomendation, I would advise for more English speaking statt, the information book with hotel policies, map and available activities, better presence in social medias.

İ like that its not a boring hotel İ mean there is many stuff you can do

Some some food not really good but toy always can find something that match your taste for example İ liked the gözleme it was fresh and the drinks the coffee there the staff are really nice

Everything was perfect, i like the place so much and will recommend it to my friends, it is a resort very relaxing and you have everything inside so you do not like to go out ?Coffee and tea all the time was very nice for me.The staff was nice and helpful especially Mr. Merit was always there to make me happy and comfortable during my stay. The food is also nice and a lot of variety especially the breakfast.My balcony view was fascinating i did not want to leave it.

The staff in the restaurant removed the plates very quickly in front of you ? sometimes i just put my plate and go to bring another thing and back to find them removed the plates and i didn't start to eat yet.Also the room telephone was not working and i informed them but they did not fix it.

They checked us in at 3:30 pm even I arrived early . There are no air conditioning in the lobby and the restaurant plus it's not working good in the rooms . I booked sea view room and we ended up with garden view . Services is poor food average . Car park too small . A lot of scary wasps . They gave me room in the 3rd floor and there are no lifts .

Shitty property

EverythingThe hotel state is very shocking. It should be maximum 3 starts!! The dogs at the buffet and plates and on the beach beds. The bad hygiene the old and damaged interior . Insects everywhere worst hotel on this planet and worst customer service. The general manager is a scammer

The hotel is beautiful, sorrounded by beautiful nature, gardens, dogs and cats. The private beach is beautiful, we could see beautiful fish.

The personal and service was the worst I ever saw. Mostly young men with no idea of nothing. Buffer very dirty, the coffee shop too. The food was very very bad. Nobody could speak english. Big disssapointment. We could not eat at the hotel, mostly went to Bodrum to eat. Bad experience.

Disappointing overallThis resort was once perhaps 5 star but is no longer due lack of maintenance, poor food and facilities. Plus points:Attractive well maintained garden settingClean and spacious pool areas with plenty of sunbedsGrassed and beach areas based around a nice baySpacious basically furnished room - adequate a/cVery pleasant staff, with particular mention to the bar staffThe only exception to the overall disappointing food was the breakfast omelette - full marks to the 1 girl serving an endless queue every morning.

Minus points:We paid extra for a sea view room. We were shown 4 rooms, non of which were sea view - sea facing maybe but almost impossible to see any sea through the foliage. Misleading information, not worth the extra cost.Housekeeping worked well to try to make the rooms clean but due to lack of maintenance and tired decor this was almost impossible, particularly in the bathroom - dirty worn grouting, bad repairs, leaking shower, old towels.Mini bar not refilled with soft drinks as advertisedWe were told we were entitled to 1 ‘free’ al la carte dining night - only to then be told they were already fully booked for our entire stay - another empty gesture.The food in the ‘main buffet restaurant’ was very disappointing.The food, although mostly well displayed, was very repetitive (possibly even recycled from previous day) very bland, little choice of meat or fish offered to add to several trays of ‘sauté’ vegetables, frozen chips and rice. All were lukewarm at best. Salad bar had a good selection and several cheeses were offered. No milk or butter available.We tried the snack bar one lunchtime - tasteless soggy pizza! Only beer and soft drinks available.The coffee shop, when open, only served Turkish tea and Turkish coffee - none of the other advertised coffees. Self service machine delivered acceptable coffee in undersized cups (coffee overflowed every time).Evening entertainment virtually non existent except for loud, sometimes exceptionally loud, music from about 10pm til 12pm.There are lots of cats and dogs resident but they were not a problem and we didn’t see any mess from them.

Very beautiful and charming hotel indeed, we enjoyed it a lot, its wonderful bizantine arhitecture and carefully built structures surrounded by very nice exotic trees and greenary plants all over the place beautifully looked after and maintained.The staff is amazing, well oriented towards the guests, trying to accommodate with everything needed at all times.The Spa with free Hammam, steam sauna and dry sauna is the best, aswell as the heated Relax pool next to it.The Snack Bar open every day from 12pm until 5pm is very good serving fresh cooked fish and chips, burgers, salads, pizza, lahmacun and drinks just to name a few.All diverse tourists were so cool and friendly, enjoyed them all.All in all, we had an amazing Holyday, thanks a lot Kairaba Imperial Bodrum Hotel.See you all happy and sound again next year!Missing you a lot already.God bless all,Xx

We hope the boss of this hotel and its wonderful staff will continue to look after their lovely dogs and cats while the tourists are gone and the season is finished until next year in April, when we look forward to come and visit this hotel again and its well raised affectionate dogs and cats.Love them all.Where we live, we tend to treat all animals as part of our families, with care and love for each one of them, we noticed you do the same in Turkey.We hope they will receive enough food and fresh water while the tourists are gone until next year.Thanks a lot for all your care and for everything you do, we good people appreciate it a lot always.

Food was disappointing and flies everywhere. There is no one to clean the hotel properly.

Architecture is nice, the beach is offering intimacy, no other hotel beach in the near.

Dirth, a lot a lot of dirth. It was difficult to eat seeing so much dirth. I have never seen a hotel restaurant that dirty (see picture).Food: very cheap food, only chicken and that not cooked in divers way, just grill chicken wings, or similar. The few beef, or fish plates were almost always empty, when the staff brought some more, people will empty them like crazy... All inclusive restaurant, but have almost not to eat... I read the coments about old building, no much variety of food (not so much about dirty restaurant), i thought that people are expecting too much, but the reality was below the comments. It is definitely not a 5 stars hotel also for Turkey (but 3), and how come it is rated over 8 on Booking? Big mistery! I have never been in something that bad before!

Nothing except the beach

It was very very very dirty, it was "pet friendly" but the garden was full of 20-30 dogs and at least 60-70 cats, which makes the hotel not pet friendly, on other side they took me 35euro per night for my little dog, dogs and cats are practically everywhere, when u go to the restaurant they say it is all inclusive, which is right, but at lunch, breakfast and dinner there is all the same food. I can talk 10 hours about this hotel but all i need to know is it is VERY VERY VERY BAD

Communication of the staff at the restaurant needs desperate improvement. However, once they do understand what you're trying to ask them , they were extremely helpful!

Lovely, big hotel, with lots of plants. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Special thanks to the assistant - she helped with all the questions that arose 24/7. the beach is clean, the water in the sea is clear, swimming and relaxing is a pleasure. A varied buffet, with a large number of hot and cold dishes, but a rather limited children's menu. Close enough to Bodrum to go for a walk.

Room cleaning is not always done well. There are a lot of mosquitoes, but an assistant helped us solve this problem. Old children's playground, I would like something more modern and beautiful, taking into account all the beautiful territory of the hotel.

A million thanks to Gamze, she was very welcoming, friendly, genuinely smiling and tried her best to book for us one table for dinner. As well the staff at the buffet restaurant they were very welcoming and friendly

The credit card machine was not working, so we had to pay through a payment link, which didn't work as well, so we had to go out and withdraw money, hotel that big should not have only one machine or at least what we were told by the reception staff

This might be the best beach in the area.Also the pool is big and very nice - we had a lot of fun with the water slide. Everybody is very nice and accommodating. Especially Guliza from Booking.com quickly took care of every request we had.
