Friendly staff, lovely pool, and immediate beach access made our stay relaxing and convenient. Onsite dining and entertainment was a bonus - though we didn't do all inclusive

The location was beautiful with great beach access. The amenities were great and the staff was so professional and hospitable. Eleftheria, Seitan and Dimitra in particular made such a positive impact. We loved everything about our stay and will recommend this to anyone going to Crete. Even the guests (from many different countries) were friendly and engaging without interrupting our solitude.

We stayed for our honeymoon and couldn’t have had a better stay. The facilities are amazing (finally an actual hotel gym!), the beach is beautiful and the staff is great. Great stay to relax and recharge

The fact that you have to book restaurants in the evening and it gets filled up quick, so make sure to book everything the moment you arrive

Difficulty to book the restaurants , both bars closing every day from 6pm to 7.30 pm.

Fabulous resort on the beach. Delicious breakfast. Very cozy rooms, stunning sea view, and nice amenities with large pools. Highly recommended. Free parking was nice to have also.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was well explained. Spacious room with sea view was very beautiful. Easy parking was a plus.

Would have been nice to have some more live entertainment in the evenings (life music or dj for example).

The location was great!

For a 5 star I didn’t find I got my value for money. We could hear the guests in the room on top of us at early hours of the morning. The cleaning staff also didn’t re-fill conditioner/shampoo throughout our stay.

The staff were very friendly and available. The hotel was clean and the food served was fresh. On top of all, the hotel is well-located, close to a bus station which makes it easy for you to go to the city.

Generally everything was great and we had a pleasant time there, but the quality of entertainment part could have been better.

Great location and both breakfast and dinner buffets excellent. Pools and beach were wonderful.

Attitude of front desk staff. Very condescending!!! All others were amazing, especially head porter and our housekeeper.

The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade on our rooms, which was great. Even though we were the very last guests of the season, the team looked after us to the end.

The swimming pools were too cold to swim in.

The friendliness of staff was great and the best. The design of the hotel and layout was really good. Its location to the beach was perfect.

The bathroom needs up dating and could have been cleaner. The rooms built before sound proofing and thank goodness we were staying at the end of the season and the room next door to us was empty. The rooms need urgent sound proofing.Very poor wine/ sparkling wine

Hotel is beautiful lively beach and great swimming pools with a lagoon as well.Good location for travelling to Chania by bus , snacks and drinks reasonably priced.

Have stayed in many similar quality hotels so was very surprised to have to have to pay for the sauna and spa area - understand treatments are chargeable but access should be free for other facilities. Also pool towels should be freely available to exchange whenever guests require without having to ask at the spa.Indoor pool is not suitable for swimming as it is more along the lines of a rehabilitation pool as was cold and had exercise equipment in it.

The hotel was exceptional. We had room upgrade since it was our honeymoon and that was so thoughtful from the management. There are 4 restaurants to choose from, all fascinating and quite delicious. The food and drink quality was superb (all inclusive is highly recommended). The staff were so friendly and helpful like (Haris, Salma, Roberto, Sam definitely deserve a raise). There are evening programs that are quite entertaining. We LOVED our stay and we will definitely visit again. The sea, the beaches and the pools are just amazing. There are enough sunbeds for everyone, we always found a place at any time of the day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL.

The queen bed was two twins together which was uncomfortable, and the bed sheets were also somewhat uncomfortable

Great staff and excellent facilities. The buffet breakfast had great range.

Parts of the rooms could be modernised such as the bathroom basin.

Staff were great and very attentive, location was just what we wanted with easy access & cheap using the bus service

Food options weren’t the best, the Asian restaurant was a lovely setting and the decor was nice but the sushi was poor and quite tasteless.
