Its in a green neighbourhood, nice quiet road which you can walk to the beautiful Bogmalo beach. The place has a lot of potential - with a spot for outdoor sitting area in evening and a bonfire. A largish garden.
The place was under renovation and hence lot of items and stuff lying around. The garden needed an upkeep and the place has to be developed. Perhaps after renovation, it will bne much better to full potential
Bad
Poor bed, no matras but a verry hard somthing. Sheets dirty. Room next to us was the door open and where 4 man sleping. No towel or paper.. it was in the midle of the night and rurale so we had to stay.
Their was 4 lizards inside the room room was not well clean however size of the room is ok location is good but price n service poor no kitchen nothing.
The location of the property is close to Air port and there is lot of greenery around with plenty of coconut trees.
Zero boarding facility. Not even tea & snack is available as a room service.
first time i travelled to Goa, and the stay is comfortable and affordable.... Host is very friendly and gives valuable suggestions... he arranged rental car also.. and safe place ?
Location is great. Silent and soothing place. Good for family time or when you prefer a personal relaxation over music and crowd. Good space for playing kids. Restaurants and beach are at walking distance. It feels you are staying at home in goa!Staff is very friendly and polite. U can even play in front lawn. Not like in hotels where you are bound to a room.
Staff is gentle and behaviour is very good. Restaurant wasn't there but kitchen facility was available.
Local was very quite and calm surrounded with Greenery
