- Location to the beach
- The location was good BUT NOT on beach as shown on adverts! Have to go out and walk around side street to get to beach! Hotel is very dated! Rooms are too old . In fact the entire hotel is too old and swimming is just dirty. Fun for kids but to older people or those looking for smarter accommodation - this is not the place . Both lunch and dinner were teribble in quality and taste - ended up eating out side. Breakfast was decent. I would not come back - there are far better hotels at lower costs. I come to Goa annually and stay for 1 month at a time experimenting with all types of hotels.

Nice resort like feeling. Big rooms
Mattress were not comfortable and so does the pillow. Mattress was bit loosen so ended up with poor sleep and back pain.Food (dinner) quality is poor, breakfast was good with good options. Also food is expensive. Better parking arrangements are needed.

Room service staff wasn’t upto the mark and I believe the staff wasn’t equipped enough or May be too many orders at one time and they couldn’t cope up with the pressure. A simple dish was delayed for 45 minutes (it’s delayed on top of cooking time).
The interior and landscaping is good , reception and guest welcome is also nice
The room was clean but the proper arrangement of toiletries , room slipper and basic amanties were not there The service for house keeping is little slow
Cleanliness and hygiene is the plus point for this property in current situation.
It's old property, needs renovation. But give credit to staff as they have kept it very clean and maintained hygiene in current pandemic situation. Very good place.
