No breakfast given even though included in price their paperwork said we were not entitled. Had to argue is was included with the management it was only the restaurant manager who took charge of the situation and gave us the breakfasts we paid for.

Nice to sit in the bar/dining area in the evening watching cricket on tv (IPL end of March till the end of May) supping a few beers. Very leisurely. Benaulim village - 10 mins walk - various restaurants and bars. Beaches 15 mins walk - plenty of public transport to/from the beach area and also to take you wherever you may want to go. Not expensive. Good pool and pool area, always clean and tidy and in partial shade.

Even though it appeared to cater towards Indian people, other Europeans were present. Subsequently the menu/food on offer was geared towards the locals. But breakfast - any style eggs, toast, jam, honey, fresh fruit, fresh juice, tea and coffee. I was quite happy with that, but other people may find disappointing.

Overall comfortable, bit far from beach, but manageable by walk of 15 mins. Market is near 5 mins walk and good option for food.Breakfast was good, limited option but it was well sufficient and good quality.

I booked room with 3 adult and 1 kid from booking.com. %he charges were paid accordingly, but at reception we were asked to pay extra for 3rd adult. Later after discussion, got completely waiver, good from manegement side to consider the facts. But I want booking.c9m to ensure the give clarity to customer and well as hotel of booking to avoid this condition.

Like the grounds ,had food in restaurant on 1st night there ,itwas lovely ,plentiful,Friendly waiters .

Pool didn’t have many sunbeds ,looked shabby ,needs updating to make it more inviting.Not much around outside .

Nothing really. Only thing I would advice is that it isn't near the beach, however we took a 10 minute walk to town and then a tuck tuck which took about 5 minutes and cost a pound so easy enough

We loved Carina Beach Resort. The room was ok, perhaps a bit worn, but it was tidy. Air con worked. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space for clothes and a good sized drawer that you could lock away things. Room cleaning was available daily if you wanted it. Having a balcony big enough to sit out comfortably was really great. Having a kettle in the room was a bonus. The garden was really lovely and the rooms were well spaced out. It was a calm space. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was nice occasionally. Lots of birds in the garden....kingfishers are regular visitors amongst others. Breakfast was good....you perhaps had to wait for teas and coffees sometimes if busy. It's on the edge of benaulim so out of the hustle and bustle.

There was nothing we didn't really like. Perhaps not enough sun beds around the pool with umbrellas for shade. The bathroom had a drain sort of smell, but it didn't permeate into the bedroom. There was an extractor fan. The kettle lid was broken but it still worked OK.

Staff called several time for payments soon after booking was confirmed from site and asked to book privately not from booking

The swimming pool pool was Great, the grounds are spacious and green , the Breakfast was good with 3 veg dishes, serial ,choice of eggs, fresh fruit, Fruit juice, infused water, tea coffee.The food also was tasty. A wonderful

The little things like the TV remote not working properly, bathroom and door latches hard to operate, the taps not shiny clean

Food is good but quite expensive.

The room ac service is very poor, always water leakage from AC, water heater will work after 6am. Who will be using before it they have to use cold water.Tv is having few channels. No plan water. You have buy water every day. (Complimentary 2 200ml bottles)

On this site say payment at the reception while you reach by hotel but they call you for payment 50% otherwise they will cancel your booking and blackmail to the me.

They had given me room near maintenance building and in the room full with mosquito ?

Bill that man looks helpful in reception 1 star for that person, second star for the guy who work in restaurant . Third star for clean washroom.

Infrastrucure.very old houses , costly food, egg bhurgi charged 200 INR.

Commitment, good response, peaceful environment, room service, Location, hygiene, pool maintain good. The most important thing is we get all things Same as shown on online platform. Thank You

It's difficult to get food for 100% vegetarian.Rest thing is good

We were upgraded to a garden facing room with no extra cost as the room we had booked was under renovation. Big spacious rooms.

The ceiling fan was not working properly. Worked only at full speed. Nothing specific to complain.

Nothing was like the picture as described. They are thieves. They took 100% for 7 nights and the rooms were dirty and smelly. Nothing was working properly the water kettles were broken, AC either too cold or hot, bed and mattress filled with Ants and faucet in the bathroom was broken as well. We could hardly stayed for the night we checked in early morning at 1AM and found the property so pathetic that we left for another place the same morning by 12ish. They didn’t even refunded our 6 nights of money even after requesting them to waive off 50% and return atleast the 50% of the fully paid amount that we didn’t use at all in the property ☹️

NOTHING DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY FOR YOUR OEN PEACE OF MIND AND SANITY. And if you do please do not pay 100% on advance as they are thieves and will not return the money if you decide to check out early ?

The food pricing is very high...The Breezer which costs Rs. 90/Bottle in shop ..here at property they charge you Ra.244/Bottle...its almost 3 times...very costly...
