Cleanliness and Politeness of staff especially Abhishek, Eline, Santosh and Zeto. They made our stay very very comfortable. Chef was amazinflg. The breakfast was so tasty we didn't even bother to try anything else.
Everything was perfect
Property is not maintained. The bathrooms were not clean, broken tiles. Not worth the amount paid.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the beach is 1 minutes walk away. The room was large and clean, quiet air conditioning and fan and a good size balcony.

We had a great stay at Hotel Palolem Inn Goa. 100% recommend and we would love to come back again. The location was 3 min walking distance to the beach and was surrounded by shops. Very convenient for us. Even though the location is very central, it was quiet in the night and we always had a good night's sleep. Our room was very clean and had a nice balcony. Also had air conditioning and ceiling fan.Our host was super helpful and friendly. He helped us arrange taxi for airport drop, dolphin watching boat trip and rickshaws for visiting nearby beaches. We felt safe and in good hands.
Clean and spacious rooms in a quiet area in Palolem close to the beach. Very nice and helpful staff. Good and affordable laundry also. We had a pleasant stay here! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not much
Pool dirty. Sink falling apart ,Wi-Fi rubbish fridge didn’t work
staff, room and location was good
Pool water was dirty ,I had to request them to clean
Room was good. Staff were good. 10 min walk from the beach. Shops restaurant near by. No restaurant in side but food can be ordered through partnered restaurant. Everything was good but price not justified.
No place to hangout such as in-house restaurant or cafeNo in-house parkingNothing exciting just good rooms to stay and no view from rooms on road property If you want a comfortable place to stay it is good but if you want to enjoy Goa look for beach side properties with cafe and restaurant
