This is a beautiful property close to the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The spa provides excellent service.

Cozy and clean with helpful staff.

The pool should be cleaned at least a few times per day. Modest breakfast.

I liked the location and ambience. The house keeping staff was cooperative.

Food was totally devastating...all 5 days same Breakfast repeated. Although suggestions were given on first day to change.At night food served in room was cold, and reorder came very late that too not as ordered. After complaining they dodnot even apologise. Even the reception staff named Clerence didn't even try to listen to our complaint regarding staff and food.

The staff were exceptional. Could not do enough for you, I really felt sorry for the staff as they had to deal with a lot of unnecessary demands of some of the local guests….. I could not praise the staff enough, out of all the hotels I stayed in India, the soul vacation staff were the best…. They understood customer service.Negatives. The toaster in the dining room really needs to be replaced.The pool chemical composition needs looking at as it just not right.Otherwise everything was as expected

A perfect family few days. Lovely connecting family suite by the gorgeous, peaceful pool. The tropical gardens and small, and so well kept. Staff are incredible! So kind, and attentive. Excellent service! Thé food is incredible, enjoyed every meal. You are in the sweet little tourist village right by the beach. It is just a few mins walk along the road. Not too busy, but enough to take in local life.beach lovely sad and sunsets.

The staff, great treatments.Loved the yoga and nice room with terrace.

Nothing, if there was a problem, it was dealt with very quickly by the Manger Roshan.

Location is fine. The garden and pool area are fine. Rooms are ok. Good meals in the restaurant and an excellent bartender!

Overpriced. Lots of staff that do not know what to do, i.e. lack of management. Areas around pool and outside tables need daily cleaning. Nothing of this is done. Reception staff ok, but when asking for a taxi to airport they “guessed” a price which was more than double the going rate.

Good location- walking distance to beach, restaurants etc,,Hotel was dated but reasonably comfortableShower pressure was excellentBreakfast had decent spread.

The non stop repeated music played from morning to night is a nuisance, we have been to many pool facing apartments around the world, but this places plays music non stop same songs and at a high volume. the staff was very kind to stop it when we requested. Thanks for taking our feedback

I loved the hotel facilities, the food taste , the spa service.Overall a very good experience..

There were only two things that we did not like- The check in experienceAnd the size of bed.

Restaurant staff was really nice and courteous. Food was good.

Swimming pool looked quite dirty , so we didn’t even use it.

It's a boutique property very close to Colva beach. The upkeep was very good. It is value for money. The breakfast choice is very limited but the food was good.

Ambience, food, staff...everything was good.

Bed size was small, I would recommend that they should have larger or even normal size beds.. as a 6 feet tall person, it was very difficult for me to fit on the bed with my kid and wife

It was clean and food was good. And staff was accommodating.

It was a little hyped, the family room is poorly designed and does not serve the purpose and neither is value for money. Family room is two rooms and a common washroom - but the design and amenities make it uncomfortable- like for room service, you will have to walk down the stairs and open it. Two rooms don’t have any common sitting space - and kids room didn’t have TV - so essentially you will only use main room as living and then only use the other for sleeping. We were better off with adjacent rooms so that we would have had two washrooms.Also there is nothing much for kids in the resort other than swimming pool. Wouldn’t recommend it for families with kids.All the style and look and feel, it is good for photo-op but the resort is really small - I wouldn’t call it a resort actually.

Well maintained, peaceful property. The resort is small but quite prettyy! Staffs were very cooperative & friendly ✨

Breakfast and other food were good …but could have been much better taste wise.

At the time of payment, i asked for breakfast, the reception staff confirmed that breakfast is included in the price but next day she refused.

Attitude of the staff is not good
