Very old property with rude staffs manager it self don't know how to treat their guest only one person was helpfull their Krishna..No good breakfast no hygiene in buffet area and restaurant

was good the cuisine staff were okay but i did not like that the reastaurant is next to the swimming pool

the rooms were not properly clean especially toilets and bathrooms were not cleaned better

The property is well maintained and clean. The staff are attentive, hospitable and polite. Breakfast spread is wide and fit for all tastes.

When we checked in the room my room AC penal was hanging. My washroom exaust fan was not working, floor was wet as water was leaking from refrigerator,It was very average stay.

Staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. Housekeeping staff monu every day made beautiful designs with towels. It was clean and cozy resort.

Food variety was good in the buffet but it was not that tasty. It could have been improved.The pool is too open. Accessibility of the pool is a little difficult it's a 10 15 minute walk.

Overall stay was excellent. The hotel rooms, public areas, swimming pool was clean and maintained upto good standards. The Ala carté food was really good but the buffet could be improved further. The mattress in room G03 needs to changed as it was very soft and uncomfortable. The staff Carlton, Vandana, Siraj and the lady who checked us out were outstanding.

Fortune Resort was lovely the staff especially Monu and Manisha were superb. Our 7 nights in Goa were very memorable ✨️ ?

All staff in restaurant area were very attentive to our needs. Especially the evening Staff especially Susheena. Housekeeping staff that looked after us were always asking us if we needed any extra towels or items in our room. This was very welcome and appreciated.

The property is a little run down in their rooms could do with some fresh paint and newer Manchester .The dark black tiles on the stairwell to the rooms need lights on the tiles as fall risk due to lack of light and no step depth indicated .Most of the Reception staff were nice. However,There was one young lady who after telling us our options for a transfer and we decided to take the dearer option as it suited us better, being the mode of transportation,she became rather unkind telling my wife she could buy diamonds ears rings for the money we were spending !! When a customer makes a decision it is not the role of the staff to question it !!!!

I have stayed before, so I knew what to expect. The location is exactly perfect for me, though others may have different opinions, and it represented excellent value for money. The staff were charming. My room had a nice balcony, though it looked over the back of the hotel. Rooms on the other side of the corridor have a lovely view over open countryside. They were just having a revamp of their WiFi provision, but still, it worked. The grounds are small but delightful, and it had a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere.

The corridors are a little dark and dingy, but it is what it is and they are stuck with that. To a non-veg Englishman, the breakfasts are a little limiting, but the food is a buffet so plenty of it, and it is all OK.

Compromised luxury stay

Slow service, mosquitoes everywhere in evening, IRD very late, Less staff at Restaurant, No Valet round the clock (need to park and retrieve vehicle by ownself). Overall, it's not a great experience.

The hospitality is amazing. Special mention to Mr. Khan, Mr. Senthil, Mr. Yogesh & Mr. Seylan. :)

The ambience, rooms, food, service was good. The staff were very good and polite. Although there are certain exceptions all over but overall it was a comfortable and a good stay.

The recreational room was not maintained well. More options for kids should be added as mostly there are families who travel with small kids. Also, the quantity of food when compared with the price was less.

A little ‘tired’ and tatty. Information in rooms were poor and some equipment didn’t work (e.g. safe) - but staff were quick to rectify matters. The breakfast was excellent but evening meal ordinary. Prices don’t include taxes - be aware!

Location was good, breakfast and food was very good.
