Excellent breakfast spread and the concept of ordering and getting the food to table within the time we come back to seat after taking needed items are excellent.

For the executive lounge access the Veg options was limited to one and could have had more. Also there wasnt any juice options available for kids

location and facilities are good. rooms were good facing the sea. room balcony was great with the view. walking distance from the beach. pool bar was nice. pools are huge and nice to be in. nice walkable pathways at night. nearby restaurants are great. Property maintainence and decor is great. very good lighting in the rooms. Breakfast spread was great with so much variety and good quality food. Food taste was good overall.

Staff asked way too many questions and disturbed our lunch privacy. I understand the friendliness, but one should know when to stop and leave the guest alone. Seemed kind of immature. too many waiters trying to serve at breakfast. Overselling. bathrooms were too tiny for a 5 star resort. Room key did not work smoothly, lot of struggle.

From the front desk to housekeeping, from restaurants like Palms and Salute to the ever-cheerful poolside team – everyone played a starring role in making our holiday memorable.We were warmly welcomed by Alexis and Hasan, whose hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. Later, Kaitey went above and beyond by upgrading our room to a suite and constantly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for.One of the highlights of our trip was dinner at Salute, where Soumyajit turned the evening into a celebration with a delicious Italian spread and heartfelt service. At the pool, Alok made sure everything ran smoothly – whether it was offering a towel, a drink, or just a warm, friendly conversation.A special shout-out to Goma, Amarjit and the entire staff who contributed to the flawless experience. The breakfast buffet was expansive and carefully curated. And just when you think, “I’ve got two hands full but would love to pick up that one more thing,” someone from the team would appear with a smile, ready to help. That kind of thoughtfulness was everywhere.The resort’s spa and wellness facilities were peaceful and rejuvenating – a perfect retreat in themselves. With direct access to the beach, and all the amenities within walking distance, it’s one of those rare places where you truly don’t feel the need to leave the property unless you want to.

Great location, great staff

At least 50% of the pool area was out of use, resulting in guests being crammed in to the remaining area. Which was noisy, uncomfortable and made sunbeds hard to come by.I also purchased access to the executive lounge. This does not exist. The package merely supplies drinks and (a poor selection of snacks) during "happy hour" in the main bar.

The pool was the highlight for my family. The food from.menu was good but the buffet breakfast was better and had new items each day

Liked the hotel was attached to a superb beach and was fairly spacious. The pool bar staff were excellent and a shout out to Tanmay he was excellent.

The second pool was under maintenance and wasn’t informed of the closure prior to my arrival. Only had one restaurant to eat at which was the Italian other than the coffee shop.

The cleanliness, friendly and efficient staff, food was okay. It was perfect with a couple of minor points. I would definitely come back.

Too many dogs on the beach, quite noisy where our room was located and the receptionist advised the charge of the taxi to the airport to be 25% more than what the taxi driver would've actually charged. Thankfully the taxi driver told us that the hotel had over priced us.

Pool side food and bar service was a bit slow and i ended up flagging staff down or following up for service. I do appeciate however hot it can get so i understand it can be difficult for staff to work outdoors in the extreme heat.

This resort was one of the best in goa or even the whole southern india . Everything about resort was simply amazing . The vibe , ambience , staff , Rooms , restro and food . I can stay here forever . The beach is wonderfull. Its just worth every penny . Must visit property in south goa . Keep it up guys

Breakfast and dinner was OK, could be much much better its pretty basic. Attention to details missing and no specific preparation to die for!!

Close to the beach and clean

Limited vegetarian food. Not a single gesture of goodwill for one celebrating a special wedding anniversary giving an indication that the hotel is too money oriented

Beachside nice well maintained property with quality tourists.

Nothing of the sort. But just a caution that while entering the first beachside shack named SEASHELL owned by some SHANKAR BORA must not be visited by tourists. The shack is not safe as the staff and owner are drug addicts and often misbehave and even their service is very poor and food is pathetic. Be careful while going to beach.

Rooms and beach.

1. Reservations team. Very rigid. No sense of what they are doing. 2. Guest relations and duty managers. They have no idea of what they are talking about and with whom. 3. Food quality is average. Also, the variety. See their menu. Hardly any dessert choices. Come on, guys. You are calling yourself a 5-star property. Shame!4. Highly overrated spa. And high priced. Nearby Tattva spa much better. Cheaper. 5. Recreational activities are poorly maintained 6. There were marriages arranged in the resort one after the other. All 3 days and nights. If YOU are so fond of marriages, then please convert your resort in a marriage hall or lawn. Why are you guys taking reservations from others who are coming there to relax. We were continuously disturbed by marriage activities, noise, and marriage guest load. 7. Attaching a poor quality of their relationship manager's conversation with me. See, he or she, not even made any efforts to contact or talk to us. Even after my feedback, they did not call me.

Went for a wedding and loved it. Not too big and more luxurious than flashy. It is located on the beach, with a couple of restaurants that serve good food. adjacent are some beach shacks / bars. it is a drive to get anywhere local, but there are shops and day spa / bars and restaurants after about a five to ten minute drive, and more beyond that.

Better for family & friends holiday or wedding, couples retreat than for solo travelers

We loved the facilities here and most importantly the friendly helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable.

Ala carte food is a real bummer - dhaba quality food at 5-star prices. Beds quite uncomfortable- we slept 3 on a bed and I ended up having terrible lower back pain

Excellent pool, good breakfast spread and proximity and approach to the beach. Staff is really very good. A great gym too.
