The half board option we took was very interesting as we could leave the hotel to wander around the Island the whole day (bus stop at 100m from the hotel) and go back the evening for dinner.The beach is gorgeous.The sea view on the ocean is wonderful.A shopping center facing the hotel.

The staff were wonderful and so friendly, especially Maya who made us feel very welcome. Our room was spacious. quiet and had a superb sea view. We really enjoyed the yoga and aqua aerobics and the evening entertainment every day. The food was delicious, always so fresh and the best omelettes I've ever had. The gym was small but always clean and had a good range of equipment considering. I've seen reviews complaining about the seating but we never felt uncomfortable. There are plenty of blankets available in the pool bar and main bar if anyone did want to pad out their chair but honestly feel this was very picky of previous reviewers. We enjoyed playing crazy golf on the roof of the shopping centre opposite (5 euros each) and had a good walk to the shopping centre near Playa El Veril a couple of times too. As a female couple it can be difficult (and a bit scary) to go to a place not knowing how you will be treated but everyone was very kind and we never felt out of place or unwelcome by anyone, including the other guests.

We went to the spa but it was too busy to be enjoyable (despite us booking) and I found an elastoplast in the pool in there which was grim. Offering vegan yoghurt or vegan ice cream would have been really good in terms of food. We'd have loved some fresh drinking water in our room every day and a better range of tea and coffee in the room, but the housekeepers did a fantastic job otherwise.

Proximity to the beach and walkway was excellent. Breakfast was very good with a huge variety of food and freshly squeezed juices.

We liked the dinner and the closeness to the beach. 1 Free glass bottled water every day per room. The outside bed was a little hard but very nice idea to have on the terrace of our room.

Microtransactions in-house Extra pay for the spa, extra pay for weighing in the lobby, extra pay for loungers. price to value was very off in my opinion. 99% retired people as guests were there and the program is adjusted to them. Some of the service personnel had an constant layer of stress and dissatisfaction that surrounded them, it could’ve been a stressful time but it seemed not like they liked their work.

The shower in the room was very slow draining which made it not possibly to have on full power without flooding.Although a kettle was provided in the room there was only enough milk, tea and coffee for the first morning. When I asked for it to be topped up I was told this was not possible and was for the first morning only! I felt the older male reception member I aked to be rude about this too! I therefore had to bring milk and additional teabags to the room myself from the breakfast buffet in order to be able to make use of the kettle!

The staff was amazing, location and the facilites are quite good. 100% recommend.

The wc in the room is not too private.The cold cuts at breakfast are not very tasty.

Everyone working there were kind, happy and courteous. Food choice was excellent, the bar area was very relaxing and the pool was big and inviting.

The room had a good view of the sea and the bed was very comfortable. We certainly did not like the "so called bathroom ".Also the temperature of the water was very unreliable. One minute it was o.k. and it just changed from either too hot or really cold.

There was no proper lounge but just a long corridor with a range of the most uncomfortable chairs you could ever wish to sit in. I can only assume that whoever bought them didn't try a single chair beforehand. The food was very underwhelming. The salad was fine but anything that was cooked was all very overdone and tasteless.

Location was great,, food was delicious and fresh with variety and good for vegetarians too. Very clean hotel. Plenty of sunbeds, the entertainment was just right.

Great location, but unfortunately it is not enough when there is no sense of security.

Enjoyed the first few days, but unfortunately we were robbed of valuable items here and I would not have trusted the staff or felt safe in this hotel. It makes me very sad that this happened!If you stay in a hotel of that standard, I think you should be able to expect much more. Feeling safe with your things in your own room is a requirement. An unpleasant feeling as a guest to have experienced this.

The wifi did not work at all during the whole stay of 9 days. Uncomfortable beds!

Breakfast was excellent

Room 820 had no safety rail in Bath.It didn't affect us as we used shower upstairs off bedroom, however we felt it was a bad fault and surely health and safety is essential

-Mega location at the beach?️ , very easy access to the beach-Large variety of food in all-inclusive and super tasty fresh cocktails. We had thematic dinner that changes every night, which was amazing! -Very friendly hotel stuff-Beautiful and clean room with a view on the ocean-Pool towels available with 20€ deposit and can be changed every day for free

-Spa was really small and saunas not very hot to German standards, so we would not recommend it-The hotel guest are mostly old people and entertainment is aimed to them-Safe in the room has to be paid extra-Parking situation during midday can be problematic. Hotel has own parking places but they are quite expensive and we didn’t use them

It’s a well managed established hotel next to a beach with ever changing, rich all-you-can-eat breakfast and dinners. It’s got a nice exterior pools and bars. It’s perfect value for money. The staff is great, they always try to do what they see on your eyes.

I can’t say I didn’t like it, but it’s good to know the clientele, at least during our stay, was mostly people over 50-60 years old. Also the animation in the hotel is kind of catering to that age group (but if you want, it’s not far to go to bars in centre instead staying in hotel for Abba night or grandma fashion show). Maybe that’s why there is not that much vegetarian options among mains (but always enough salads and sides to combine something nice, even you don’t eat meat).
