    Pros +

    • The hotel overall was very good, clean, lovely grounds and pools, good selection of food. The entertainment could be better, and indoor entertainment for teenagers at night would be good, when the evenings are colder...My teenagers used the gamezone and played pool, both of which cost money. But overall we would definitely stay again!
    • Checked in early, somewhere to leave luggage after check out. Entertainment was good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Big coffee cups, steak, duck, turkey, pizza, garlic rice, HP sauce.
    • We loved everything. Best entertainment team ever. Food choices good. Rooms very clean, spacious.

    Cons -

    • Needs more entertainment, also an indoor option / free games room.
    • No pure orange at breakfast. Filtered coffee and hot water boiler not labelled. No red or honeydew melon. No tomatoes or onions at salad bar. Limited space around pool due to stacked sunlougers, no pool bar, entertainment outside. Food very similar each day. More like a 3 star.
    • -It was expensive for what it had to offer, especially for this time of the year. You cannot use the pools between November and April because they are very cold. We stayed one week, mid March ,but couldn't go inside the water. We were really disappointed. - You have to pay for good quality drinks. Some All Inclusive drinks are poor quality . - More water bottles in the room will be nice

Not a 4-star hotel. I visited different 4-star hotels in the Canarian Islands, but this one was a category below, from food quality to kids activities. Also, despite having an all-inclusive formula, it was very limited in drink options and quality, with constant reminders and a bit too sales-pushy placement ads about possible better paid options. Not saying it was a horrible experience, it would have met my expectations if I knew I was going to a 3-star hotel.

-Big pools, nice entertainment for kids, clean rooms, big location.- Food was average in general, but I was really impressed by breakfast and the cakes! Really good!- Good beer and nice coffee machine!

The complex was large with a great park area, pools, kids playgrounds and sport area. The food was good and rooms spacious.

It is located on top of a hill, so it is quite a walk to the beach and the bus stop.

The staff was super friendly, the bed was comfy, housekeeping team was really good at the rooms but also public areas. There were enough options of food and drinks. Great space for families. TOP LOCATION! The animation te is the best i ve seen in my life.

Room was noisy. Buffet was sometimes too full., slots of time maybe would be a good option. I missed the mini disco on Monday.

Room were big & were cleaned every day Many pools to choose from Plenty of space to sunbathe

Our room floors were dirty As my baby was crawling his clothes got black Would be great to have double bed instead of 2singlesAs baby was also sleeping with usFood was not covered Kids were touching food and putting in back One of us got food poisoning

The bedroom was very clean and around the pool areas and common grounds.

Food was just awful. No taste, just awful. Will never return and would not recommend. Pool water was freezing, very difficult to stay in and kids were shaking with the cold. Do not waste your money here.

Breakfast very good . Location too far away from the beach and amenities .lack of variety of food for dinner .

There were no porters to transport luggage to bedrooms . A lot of steps on the complex . There were ramps to facilitate clients .

Spacious hotel .. plenty of room for all guests .. didn’t seem overly crowded .. but it was early Feb .. might be very busy in summer

Location for me was quite limiting .. steep steps to beach or long walk.. although there was a bus service available

    - Very friendly and helpful staff.- Great and engaging animation team.- Abundant food.- Huge and beautiful garden with pools and kids' facilities.- Lovely ambiance.- Strong wifi everywhere.- Quiet location if you come to relax mostly.- More than enough sun longers.- Modern rooms. It is a perfect location if you're after a relaxing week in a quiet location sunbathing, swimming and just generally if you just want to worry about nothing in a beautiful subtropical environment.

It's not what I didn't like but more like what could have added to my stay even more.- A quick access gate to the staircase down to the beach at the rear of the property is much needed. The main and only entrance is at the far end and you need to make a long detour if you're heading for the beach.- A gym would be great with machines and free weights. The outdoors gym is great but would have been good to have a regaular one too.- The matress was far from the best and I woke up sore every morning. But I guess for a week or so it is fine. These are just minor things and we had a very good time all together.I would come back but I definitely want to try the other Lopesan Hotels as well.

Rooms were very clean and comfy.

I decided to treat myself to a night in a 4 star Hotel. I wasted £168 for an extremely bad experience. The food was shocking at the pool bar and the restaurant. The toilet in reception had a really horrible smell. I wasn't the only guest who had the same experiences as myself. I will never recommend this hotel. This was a sad end to a lovely week in Gran Canaria.

I liked the location of the property

This “all inclusive” hotel makes you pay for every drink that should already be included in the cost. On top of that the food is horrible. Also, in the description it mentioned there was a fitness center, when we asked the front desk he told us that in 2019 they were supposed to add one during renovations but never did… but still decided to keep it in the description of the property.

The location was great, food was delicious, free parking in front of hotel (if you are lucky to find a free spot), staff very friendly. All inclusive was great - food and drinks during the whole day. Room was very big and clean.

Nice grounds, pools, bedrooms. bathrooms ok, showers not great. Food typical all inclusive - chips pizza pasta - caters for children for whom this is a great hotel. They wouldn't need to leave the hotel as it has everything they need.

Showers, not great food, could be better. Entertainment is based outside, so there are not a lot indoors for adults

    6EithnePosted on: 1-19-2025

Comfy beds...slides great for older kids..entertainment staff

Reception staff rude and unhelpful. Too many rules and restrictions. Drinks choices poor. Very little for vegetarians at the buffet

    7JoannePosted on: 1-11-2025

Room was lovely. We'll kept grounds. Friendly staff.

It is a good hotel but not just for us. A nicer bar area would be good. Not a great place for couples and no advantage in being in the adults only. Not easy with a wheelchair.

    7JavierPosted on: 12-14-2024

All the staff except from Paula from back office.

Paula was very disrespectful and rude, a girl from the back office. I had to put a complaint due to her behaviour.
