Hotel Doina

Clean, easy access to the Clinic, and all staff.Restaurant staff service very good. Good, generous, breakfast.

1-Pool is not available for the hotel guests at all time and hours schedule it’s not posted. Week days there’s Clinic classes scheduled daily. Weekends opens only at specific times.Pool closes at 4pm.2-Hotel offers for 5 nights stay -3 or 4 procedures included at the treatment clinic and it was not honoured because my reservation was with Booking not directly thru Hotel Doina.I believe this should be something Hotel Doina and Booking want to resolve for both parts best interest and customers satisfaction. It is frustrating. 3- Restaurant tablecloths had residues spots on them.Not replaced and washed after use?4- Coffee serve size was under standard for several days.

Comfortable bed, very good food (breakfast, lunch and dinner), situated in a quiet area, the staff were polite and helpful.

Limited.menu at breakfast and dinner. No fresh fruit and little salad variety. The food was okay but had better in similar star hotels. Lots.of.nice places to eat.nearby though..

Rooms cleaned regularly and well, hot water available fast. Diversified breakfast and more important a very nice terrace.Polite personnel, working elevators

A very annoying electricity transformer hum was getting through my window and terrace door.Size of the bathroom on the small side.

Great location, close to the sea with lots of green space in the nearby. Medical Center with swimming pool is a big asset.

Basically, the room, the bed and the TV were much bigger than in the pictures, which was great. Also, my room was ready by 12 pm, so I could check upon my arrival, which I also wasn't expecting. The food was great (I had dinner and breakfast) and the staff was kind and helpful. No wonder the hotel is always fully booked :)

Hotel Doina in Neptun is also well known for the medical treatment and not only as accommodation. The hotel is situated near the railway stop and the bus station and in front of a small, quiet, commercial center named bazar. Neptun is full of greenery, the beach is not faraway and the two lakes, full of water lilies and swans, are just amazing.

A better organisation of the hotel and a better choice of the staff.

Everything was excellent and we end up to extend our 12 days vacation with a few more days. Diversified breakfast, fresh and tasty products. You can also buy lunch buffet or order a la carte, same with the dinner. As for the bar, you have to try the decof frappe. Thank you very much to all staff, for sure we'll be back.

The hotel position is great if you want a quiet relaxing time.The hotel staff was great. Room cleaning was done daily.Treatment and spa facilities are a plus, and they give discounts for travelers that are staying also in the hotel.The room I stayed in had a renovated bathroom.Breakfast was a standard one, for me it was good.

The room furniture needs an update.The TV is using an analog connection to the wall. Some of the channels can't be seen because of the faulty connection.There is free wireless, but no internet on it.

The staff at the restaurant and the reception were really kind. The room had all the required facilities, good A/C, smart TV with wi-fi connection and a nice balcony.

Room cleaning was subpar and in a four nights stay they didn't changed the towels nor refreshed the cleaning products.

Weather was nice and in regards to the hotel, the reception facilities was poor in providing help.

During the whole stay the room was cleaned, however the beds where not changed for 5 days. As an advise, please ensure the room towels and beds need to be changed every 3 days max, as is 3 stars, not 1.
