Nice spa Hotel. Everything is accesable. Good breakfast.

Although you are promised parking, there is not enough and it’s a lottery. Maybe a reservation system would help, because for some this is a criterion they choose a certain hotel or not.The bathroom is old and very small and the shower gel was empty. There is no elevator (not a problem for us, but might be for someone else).

Clean room , great service , nice pool

Beds were comfy, furniture was new and functional, lighting was spot on, and there was a small balcony. Common places were beautiful and well maintained. Air conditioning worked well, which was needed as we arrived during a heatwave.The pools were especially well maintained, including the jacuzzi, which we all enjoyed.The breakfast food was quite good.

The bathroom was quite small, especially the shower cabin, which was the smallest I've ever seen. Ever.We had a single power socket in the entire room.The breakfast food was the same every day and quite expensive considering how much you could normally eat in the morning before going for a swim.The masseur at the spa was sub-par, even while bragging during half the session about how good he was.

The location was nice, very close to a lake

Although we had a 4 stars, Superior double room ("renovated"), the bathroom was awful: very small, not enough lighted, an old and dirty shower (we didn't have the courage to use it) and a strong bad smell.

Pool and location

No AIR conditioning. A/C integrated into the building without any real cooling capabilities.The mattresses of the bed are realy uncomfortable.

Great restaurant staff - they were very organized and paid a lot of attention to all customers at the same timeFood was always fresh and we always had a lot of things to choose from.Nice to have inside and outside pools with a bar for getting drinks.Nice design in the room with traditional elements.Very close to the lake and sea.

Even though I got 3 rooms, we came with just one car and couldn't find a single parking spot at the property.The bed was not comfy at all, It would be nice to have 2 chairs on the balcony instead of one.

Good location and services.

We had only one chair for two persons on the balcony. Also I'd like to have some hangars for bathrobes and outer coats.

The room is ok but the bathroom is very very small and a bit sewage smelling...The breakfast was okThe staff was great

The hotel is clean. It's location is near to the beach, I think we did almost 12 mins from the hotel to the beach.The room was nicely decorated, but you can tell that the furniture is not so new...

We had a Standard room and I don't know if this is applying for the other kind of rooms, but I didn't had a hairdryer in my room. I can't remember the last time when I didn't had a hairdryer in a booking..The hotel has a private parking area, but we couldn't find a free spot as all of them were full, some cars were blocking other cars just to park in the hotel parking area. We parked our car in the street.We didn't had the breakfast included, so we paied 48 lei/person for it. Personally, I think that it was not value for that money: there was not so many options to choose from and some of the dishes were not so tasty.Throught its name, the hotel says that is a "Spa". This is not so true. They have an indoor and an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was crowded and a little old, not all the spot from it had the working water massage. Also, the water was cold. For the sauna, you need to pay like 90 lei for 25 minutes. An interesant point is that on the "spa" area you can find hairdryers!

My room smelling like sewage when someone above was flushing toilet, bathroom had a poor look, shower door fell off from rail at my first shower, floor tiling looked like it was sanded off with a grinder, pool bar couldn’t offer food even if you want to pay for cause it was for all inclusive, restaurant wasn’t welcoming with food smells

The look outside of the property, plus the interior of the hotel, but not the room we received.

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times, paying for the same type of room, but this time we received one that did not seem to have been prepared, probably due to receiving too many tourists in that weekend. It had a tiny -tiny bathroom, with an old shower curtain and dirty soap holder in the shower "cabin" + dirty air vents. The fridge door was dirty as well and the beds (we payed for a 2-person room but the room we received had 3 beds) did not have the small rugs that every room usually has.

Because we were at the really begining of the season, not all facilities were usable, but it was really good that it was not crowded. I think that during the full season, it gets too crowded, it seems they have too many rooms for the leisure spaces. It is close to the lake and to the sea. The food was ok. The kids enjoyed the pools.

It was ok for the price we got. I would not reccomend it during full season.

the fact that it doesn't have an elevator. we had a lot of baggage and it is very difficult to carry it up to the third floor. Nevertheless, we requested a room in the first floor and it was given to us, so we were pleased with the switch of rooms.

Very poor hotel I am very sorry I booked for a group of my friends ! Shower broken,dirty, bad very uncomfortable, very noisy, food very poor, no SPA!bad experience!!Electric very unsefty dangerous !

Avoid this place!

Dirty, old style, bad, very uncomfortable, windows broken, shower broken,electric is not safety, the staff very rude, the beach is 3-4 km away!I don't recommend this place !!
