The surroundings, the nature, the traditional rooms with lots of wooden windows, the breakfast, the birds chirping day and night, the quietness, the team’s hospitality….everything was great!

Amazing hotel, very cosy and personal was really nice. SPA is fantastic ! You can access the slopes directly by taking the little train next to the hotel. Prefect place to mix a ski trip and relaxing moment at the SPA. I will come back!

The facilities are nice and the view over the mountains. The location next to the train station and the shuttle service. Breakfast had a good variety and restaurant staff was friendly and efficient.

The staff at reception and concierge were not always knowledgeable when we asked questions. There was no spontaneous offer to explain about what we could do in the area. We struggled to charge the car and had to ask several times before someone decided to come and help us in the parking. Also the room was not cleaned the next day despite us hanging the sign on the door, etc. overall big disappointment for the service, it didn’t make us feel welcome nor special. If we could rate the service at the reception, it would be 1. Hopefully our comment helps management to do better for next guests. We will not come back, considering the options around.

We absolutely loved this classic chalet that had the exact charm and comfort we were looking for to enjoy our Christmas break. The views from our room were magnificent, and wherever you are in the hotel (bar, restaurant, spa) you are reminded of the nature that surrounds you. Our room was very spacious with plenty of storage and equipped with everything we could possibly need.

The design of the entire hotel, Alpine Cosy interior design marred with an amazing location in the midst of a beautiful landscape. The staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast offers many options, all of high quality. The hotel includes play area for kids. Free shuttle service to take you to and pick you up from your destination within Villars.

Very minor door & ventilation noises that might wake up others in the room at night.

Breakfast area a bit small , I would have enjoyed my breakfast to be served on the table not serving my self to every thing from the buffet table , even the tea /coffe and water !!!

We booked and paid for a room for 3 people but there were only 2 chairs, 2 glasses, 2 coffee mugs in the room. Sounds like a gripe but for this price, we shouldn't have to ask for basics like this.

There is a stunning view of the mountains from the balcony of this amazing place. During our time there, we stayed in the suite, which was very luxurious and had a nice amount of space. Great attention to detail and a lot of wood surrounds you, feeling like in an authentic mountain chalet. There is always someone on hand to assist you whenever you need it. I would like to give a special mention to all of the drivers who accommodated all of our requests, and all of the staff who were very kind and approachable in general. Dinner was served in the main dining room, and it was superb. Good vibes only. Strongly recommended.

Great ambience throughout hotel; well fitted out, spacious room; staff all very professional, polite and smart; great service!

Dinner in restaurant on Friday evening was disappointing; v. slow, at least 90 mins before main course arrived, when it did arrive Halibut dish was over-cooked but not hot enough. We had a much better dinner the first night.

Location. The ski train running every 20 min is a pain to travel into the mountains. Skiing and ski rental too far away from hotel.
