Nicely renovated hotel, with nice rooms and good facilities. Very receptive and helpful staff.

When I first got to my room there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. It smelt like the shower hadn't been used in a while and an unpleasant odour could just be smelt throughout the room. I talked to reception about it and they very kindly put me in a new room. I would say also that as a single room, the bed felt a little tight.

Very clean modern and nice hotel. Bed is comfortable, rooms are quite big. Breakfast is delicious and abundant.

There is no AC on the rooms, so if you are used to sleep with AC, consider sleeping with opened windows.

Rooms are nicer than on the pictures, good restaurant downstairs. Short walk away from everything. Very friendly staff.

Parking is expensive and there is no air conditioning in the room and it was a bit stuffy. Breakfast was really nice but they were very slow to re-stock food.

Great hotel, simple and very clean rooms, good locations, nice pool and saune-hammam area, good breakfast and very nice restorant for the dinner time

The room was so quiet I couldn’t believe it. I opened the window for fresh alpine air, with a bit of street noise and conversation down below. The view is wonderfully inspiring, and breakfast hit the spot every day.

Booked conference room. Hotel double booked it after we booked so we were farmed out to sister hotel that was massively overcharging- £50 for 2 Aperol Spritz.. Management lied about reason for moving us until pushed hard. Expensive but then is Switzerland

My wife and I planned a 1 night getaway. We arrived into our room and it was a kids bunk bed room. Hotel was not full but the management front desk would not change our room from a kids bunk bed room to a room with a double bed.

Breakfast had a really good selection, but the cooked offering could have been hotter.Pool was lovely, but would have preferred it to open earlier to allow a swim prior to breakfast & skiingView from room was excellent

Shower head too loose to use as a standing shower unit, we had to tie it up so it remained stable whist showeringNo fridge in room, or tea/coffee making facilities

Big comfortable room, nice view of the mountains, close to the center and the train station (leading to the ski site). Ski rental shop just around the corner, ski pass can be purchased at the reception. Liked the breakfast and the possibility of swimming at the pool.

When I arrived at 16:00 the room was not ready. Had to wait until 16:40. When finally got the room, we discovered mold in the bathroom and strong smell of smoking (in a room that was supposed to be no-smoking room). We got another room the next day, which was clean and good. But then, at the next day, the room was not cleaned until 16:30 which meant that when we returned afternoon from ski, the room was not welcoming to have an afternoon rest. The swimming pool is something we waited for, the water temperature was pleasant, but the water quality was not (cloudy water). Wifi in room not stable enough to allow video call.

Lack of pictures and soft furnishings in the room Pillows were terrible Rooms could be better styled so look less bland Bathroom decor not in line with rooms. They are not the same feel. Look dated from 1990s

The quality of the hotel was great. Extremely luxurious.

Toward the end of the night, the pool spa ran out of towels, and they weren't refilled. Luckily, the robes the hotel provides in the rooms were enough! We brought those down so it wasn't too big of an issue.

Great stay! A special thanks to the General Manager who provided solution to an issue at 9pm, as well as maintenance who was so quick in solving the heating issue. Highly recommended!

Good position for ski, excellent breakfast, nice sauna

The hotel is located in the city center, everything is very convenient and close by. The staff is attentive and responsive.

The breakfast is the same every day, and there are no vegetables. It would be nice to have Wi-Fi.

Location, hotel facilities specially the kids playground which is good fun for the little ones, overall ambiance

Bathrooms are in need of a renewal, rusty towel rack dryer, bathtub pieces detaching and shower doing noise due to faulty rubber tube.The attitude and niceness of some staff needs improvement, lacking often the politeness and accommodating attitude your would expect from a 4* hotel.

Very expensive parking. An electric kettle in the room will be good to have during cold winter days.
